Great store! Have always had great customer service when coming to this store. Have come and installed several car seats, and had appointments to adjust the car seats and Molly has been amazing EVERY TIME. Sharon was amazing too - was on hand to help with pram decisions! Great work team at Baby Bunting Aspley!

Molly fitted our car seat and she was incredibly helpful and friendly! She is absolutely invaluable to Baby Bunting! Made our day honestly. Molly took her time with us and even fitted all car seat options in our car was no hassle even when we were running late and put her day behind. I’m using my other gmail account as my normal one isn’t working, but I had to put a review in as I’ve never truly experienced that level of service before anywhere!

My wife and I went in to purchase some things for our forthcoming bub. We had an amazing experience! All the staff were so helpful and very cheerful and happy! Hayley in particular was instrumental in helping us secure the car seat and pram that we wanted!

I’ve always had a great experience at Baby Bunting Aspley, but I have to shout out Sara for her help today. As a sleep deprived 6 week postpartum mumma I truly appreciate her help.

Thank you Sara for the fantastic customer service I received recently from you at the Aspley store. You put my new Baby Jogger pram cover onto my pram for me. Plus, you helped me with recommending some nipple shields and dummies. I spoke to you over the phone and in store and nothing was too much trouble for you. You were so helpful and lovely! I’m so grateful for your wonderful help! I really appreciate it!

Absolutely love this store! My partner and I have been here 4 times already and the service is excellent every time. Never have to wait long to be served or helped with an item. My partner and I came late the first time visited and staff were helpful, they let us take our time to look at our chosen pram and didn't rush us out even though it was closing time.
Ignore the negative reviews and ones about price, they have a membership card which gives you 5% off and they DO price match. You are paying more for quality items. If you want cheap baby furniture go to Kmart.

My regular Baby Bunting was out of stock of an item I was chasing. I called Aspley (spoke to I believe Sarah) who was extremely lovely and helpful and put the item on hold while I drove there. When I arrived to purchase I was served by Laura who whose customer service was PERFECT. She was polite, helpful, and prompt. As a retail manager myself I couldn’t have been given better customer service. Just the service alone from these two ladies makes me want to come back time and time again.

Really great experience yesterday in store - both Sara and Glenys providing a huge breadth of knowledge on choosing a car seat and pram for our impending arrival.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the lovely lady who professionally installed the 2 new baby seats I purchased today. She took the time to show me all the features, answered all my questions and did a great job on the installs - they feel very safe and secure, which gives me peace of mind. We will be back again for further installs in our other car. Thank you!

I just wanted to take out some time to thank Isaac and Molly from Aspley Baby Bunting in Brisbane. Isaac went above and beyond to help me with my baby car seat search. He was so helpful with the brand information by providing me with their number for warranty, etc. He was so knowledgeable and did not shy away from giving me the best advice on what type of seat to buy for my baby! He was excellent 👏🏽

As for Molly, given the fact I had to make it to an appointment, she found the time to help me put the seat in safely despite her busy schedule. I'm sure she even lost her lunch time a little just to serve me. What a lovely personality she had and the service was second to none. What a champion.

I would appreciate it if this feedback was shared with these lovely humans as they definitely made a mother's day that extra special. World is a better place because of them ❤

Staff members there are always friendly especially Molly who is a LEGEND. She installed our baby car seat at the first place about two years ago and helped us turn it around today. Best Baby Bunting in town for sure!!!

Sara was increibly helpful! I was having trouble validating my voucher and she helped me get my $10 off by calling customer service, recomended 100%

The staff were really helpful in assisting our family with obtaining a new car seat for our 5 month old. The staff were able to quickly understand our needs and directed us to the model we wanted (Britax Safe N Sound Graphene+ Convertible Car Seat - highly recommended).

We also opted for the car seat install and Molly (the installer) was amazing, so professional and informative on how to install and remove our car seat as well as instructing us on anchoring. Thank you so much for the service and we will be back again.
