I would like to thank Shay for his knowledge and professionalism in helping me choose a bed and mattress, he showed me a variety of options and explained the pros and cons of each. As I have a back injury it was important I chose wisely. A big thank you also to the gentlemen who delivered and assembled the bed they were reliable, quick, careful and friendly. The bedroom looks amazing. Highly recommend

Very impressed with BEDSHED delivery guys this morning. Delivery was on time & I couldn’t fault the service. Both gentlemen ensured mattresses & bed heads were assembled on site & were careful not to cause any damage despite having to navigate a steep set of stairs in the process. They were on time, friendly & completed the job promptly. Excellent service !!!!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helen.

We recently went to BedShed to buy a new mattress. We were really indecisive about what we wanted, but the staff were incredibly patient and helpful. They let us try out all of the different mattress features and gave us honest feedback about which one would be our best fit. They also helped us work out the best deal and arrange delivery. I was really impressed with the level of service that we received, and I would definitely recommend BedShed to anyone looking for a new mattress (huge shout out to Tony and Larry!)

One thing to keep in mind is that the naming of mattresses can be different across all resellers. This is because each reseller has their own way of categorizing mattresses. So, if you're looking for a specific mattress, it's best to do your research ahead of time and make sure you know the features of the mattress as well if trying to compare.

I just want to first say I only ever write reviews if I really believe a company has gone above and beyond to make me happy or ruin my day.

In this case they they have made my day, night and then some.

My back has been really bad since I was 23 and I'm mow 38. I have required the use of nightly painkillers since august last year at around 2am just to fall back asleep. Averaging about 5 to 6 hours sleep every night.

This all changed last night. I ordered a Dream Sense Luna King bed 2 days ago and it arrived early yesterday morning. From the moment it arrived I had high hopes that I was finally going to get a decent sleep and boy did I ever.

I slept very well including all 3 stages of deep sleep (according to samsung watcg) for 11.5 hours and I didn't even take any painkillers until this morning at 6am.

The staff not only gave me the mattress and delivery for a reduced rate even though it was already on sale, they didn't mind me mattress hopping all over bedshed to find the mattress that suited my needs. (I am a side sleeper who weighs 120kg).

Highly recommended this store for friendly staff and quality products. A++++++++

Brilliant staff. Best service among all the competitors. They allow you to make up your own mind while giving all the right information to support you in that process. Hard to come by such support! We've ended up coming back multiple times and bought 3 mattresses at 3 different points of time over several years from them - I can always trust them through the process.

Tony was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. Upon entering the shop I thought we had already found the winning bed but were looking just to confirm what we already knew, Tony somehow found us a better bed for a great price and was able to get it delivered to the new house in time for our first night! He was very honest in which beds were best, and which you get the best price for what you are getting. He was incredibly knowledge about beds at his store and competing ones and was able to show us similar competitors to compare. Would definitely recommend working with Tony if you get the chance 😊

Larry was amazing & lovely to talk to, he’s very knowledgeable in finding the best bed to suit my needs and took the time to walk me through all the options. My husband and I went to in to buy a pillow, walked out having purchased a King mattress and adjustable bed frame, pillows and protector set. To be fair we had been to 7 other bed stores and couldn't make a decision. Tony was absolutely awesome to deal with and pointed us in the right direction. Lovely, friendly, did a great deal! 100% recommend. The whole team are great! They also have a brilliant kids section and dogs to keep the kids entertained.
