House a is fantastic organisation with a great variety of kitchen appliances where you can shop around and afford something nice. The staff are great to socialise with and so many unique gadgets as well too.

A bit of a shame that this store will be closing down soon in Aspley but I hope to see them come back soon, we do need stores like this in the area. Either have one in Carseldine, Taigum, Strathpine, Sandgate, Redcliffe or Bracken Ridge would be nice. I'm sad a little whenever we have good stores like this, close by they close.... we still need good stores like this in the near future.

Fab experience, super helpful and friendly customer service. Got a great deal on some lounges and was given great options and ideas on how to best purchase.

Recently I purchased set of knife and when I opened the box the magnet board inside the box was cracked, I was busy and I went back to the store after 3 weeks but the shop lady told me it is over two weeks( which is not mentioned in the receipt) and I need to contact the company, I attempted couple of times and I haven’t received any feedback, I believe it is not the customer service I expected and it is against consumer law which I will chase it later, and disappointed, never come back to this shop again

Update : I contacted the main company via Facebook and they sent me a replacement, the main company customer service is helpful and good

What every you do don’t shop at this outlet. This store won’t take cash and missed out on a sale. I’m sure it’s illegal to not accept cash as cash is legal tender, it also discriminates against seniors who don’t have that option. 👎👎👎
