We visited Freedom at Aspley today and had the pleasure of meeting Joy. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. Joy is definitely an asset to your business, and next time we shop, I'll be asking to deal with her again. She was patient, experienced, and made out shopping experience a joy (pun intended!). my fiancé and i came in to test chairs for our nursery. we found all of the staff to be extremely helpful however Claire was a stand out. She made us feel like mates having a yarn and helped us make a great purchase.

Ultimately the thing that I absolutely LOVE about Freedom furniture is that they grasp something so rare, that so few other furniture stores seem to get right. It’s quite simple really... Freedom does not sell individual furniture items as if they have no relationship to the shop floor surroundings.

Instead, Freedom Furniture presents us with an aesthetic experience of an idea, an atmosphere, ambiance and they show us exactly how to achieve that look by providing everything you might need to complete that theme successfully in our own homes.

The quality at Freedom furniture is consistent, durable and high from my experience. I have also found the follow up service from this store, in particular, to be good and very thorough.

I think this store is one of the greatest assets that this shopping complex has to offer. The staff are all polite, very attentive and they take time to explain waiting periods and options to client.

I met Yvonne, the store manager, as she is great. She made time to tell me about the new story lines that Freedom has started where they are supporting artists and sharing their story and creative process with us, the customer. See photos.

There is also a new kids bed frame range that should be released by Spring or before Christmas so we will definitely have some new children bedroom furniture to look forward to. Some weekend they also have family days where vouchers can be won and face painting for young kids.

A few years ago we decided not to go ahead with a mattress purchase at this store because I was specifically looking for a mattress I could routinely flip and most furniture retailers don’t sell these types of mattress anymore so I went to a specialist manufacturer instead. That being said the customer service was excellent and the sales rep called me twice to follow up and to make sure all my questions were addressed. I did not feel pressured but I did feel that the staff were doing there best to make sure I was served well.

Because I prefer a flip-able mattress I will not buy mattresses at Freedom Furniture but I would not hesitate to buy any other furniture or accessories from this retailer.
More specifically I would come to the Aspley store rather than their Windsor store because parking is easy, staff are friendly. I would much rather drive north than fight inner city traffic any day of the week.

So, if you are as far north as Kedron or Chermside I definitely recommend driving to the Aspley store instead of heading to CBD.

There are plenty of great rugs, lighting, accessories, kitchen design and lounge, seating and dining furniture to choose from. I have been given permission to share some photos to help you get a sense of some of the awesome products that are available for purchase.

Just went in to the Aspley store and saw Joy she was amazing very helpful without being pushy I will try and see her each time I go in to Freedom Aspley

Visited Aspley Freedom store on Sunday and was just browsing. Then Melissa the fabulous sales assistant came around asking if anyone needed assistance.. I put up my hand and with a brilliant smile came and helped me with my queries. Nothing was too much, she explained everything about the product I was interested in. She was so pleasant and professional, I bought my patio sofa lounge! We love it! It was such a lovely experience.. to have someone who enjoys her job and be so helpful. Also, have to mention the whole experience.. as I then purchased a few other items, was great. If all stores had brilliant sales people like Melissa.. I think sales would be up 150%..Take notice.. brilliant sales people who are willing to help sell!!

I previously had terrible service here. Though the last two times was absolutely fabulous. I ended up speaking to the interior decorator there Penny and she was wonderful. I ended up getting the at home consult and it was worth every bit of the $150. So helpful and not pushy at all and actually listened to what I needed and wanted. I ended up buying two sets of lounges from them. I couldn't fault the service if anything it was the best service I've had in years. Keep up that great customer service.

I have had nothing but excellent service at this store, every time I have been. Last week, one of the assistants spent about 45 minutes helping me choose a centre piece for my dining room table, giving me some brilliant advice and great decorator ideas. We ordered two sofas towards the end of November, which arrived nearly a month sooner than anticipated, and they are lovely. Keep up the good work, Freedom (Aspley)!

Brilliant service and great delivery service too. Peter and Jamie from Unitrans did a wonderful job and would certainly recommend Freedom’s great prices and brilliant experience. Certainly the best furniture buying experience I have had in a long time.

We regularly shop at Aspley Freedom due to the fantastic staff at the store. One person in particular always goes above and beyond to assist you, he explains the product and makes shopping a pleasure. Max you are a credit to Freedom. Do what you can to keep hold of this employee. Well done.
