Was very pleased with the service I received from forty winks. I was served by Jo and she helped me pick out a mattress and bed frame. Can not recommend her enough. Was very welcoming towards me as I had no idea what I wanted. I got it delivered and installed with no hassle too!

Wonderful selection of beds with an understanding of special requirements and knowledge of beds. Staff great to deal with and had bed in no time delivered at the time we arranged. Delivery men were here, unloaded, set up, rubbish removed, no mess, jovial and respectful and gone in half an hour. Thank you 40 WINKS.

We recently bought a queen bed for our ever growing daughter and Forty Winks at Aspley were awesome in helping us out with everything we needed and giving us the time and space to make the decision. The ladies were very approachable and easy to discuss any query we had. The delivery drivers were polite, pleasant on time and quick at what they did.

The ladies at Forty Winks Aspley store are just AMAZING! This was the first store I went into on my search for a new mattress, and then I searched around the whole homemaker centre. The lovely Maria took such great care of me in finding the best mattress tailored to exactly what I needed. Not only was my mattress budget matched, I was also able to get a mattress protector AND delivery within the budget I had originally told her. Just amazing. Thank you Maria at Forty Winks Aspley! My husband and I arrived in need of a new mattress and could not be happier with our purchase. Everything was so easy; we told Maria what we were after, our budget etc.. and she took care of the rest. So happy we dropped in because it just took all the guess work out of everything. She was incredibly knowledgeable, after gauging our responses from a couple of mattresses she was able to pinpoint exactly what we were after. Could not recommend them more!! I visited this store to purchase a couple of mattresses and the staff could not have been more helpful. The gentleman salesperson was just amazing, so friendly, not pushy, and really knew his stuff. I had such a great experience I went back to purchase a bed frame. Two of the staff helped me pick/match colours - they were so friendly and again, no pressure, just really helpful and polite. When I found myself paying for my purchase at the counter I spoke to several of the other staff - all of whom were delightful. Their delivery driver was also amazing. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 I would. Simply outstanding service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, and I will be spreading the word!

Maria greeted me as soon as I went to the mattress section. She gave me space and time to ask questions, and find my own level of comfort in my decision making. They knew I was looking at competitors and respected this. I wanted to find something that fit my needs as opposed to just looking at price. I was there for at least an hour and never felt pressured. Discussing payment options was also easy, flexible and straightforward. I decided to get a few other items and the store manager created a great package price for me. There was a collegial vibe amongst all team members which was really lovely too. After sales service was warm, friendly and thorough. My mattress is getting delivered only a week later is awesome service. Highly recommend this store and team. Thorough, pressure free, really know their product.

Staff couldn't have been any more helpful and professional. Came in confused by all the different names for the same brand in different stores. Debra was very forthcoming with information and her knowledge is second to none. Highly recommend to all very excited to receive my new mattress!

Having the Bedmatch machine analyse your sleeping pressure points and then try out beds that would be most suitable for you was extremely helpful.
We were given a lot of options and the salesperson was most informative and helpful and mindful of our budget. We were never pressured to make a decision and allowed plenty of time to lie on and try as many beds as we wished to.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Forty Winks Aspley.

Really professional experience by informative and helpful staff from the moment we walked through the door. For the best nights sleep, there is a lot more to "This one feels good, we'll take it". They listened to what we had to say, worked out the best options for us within our price range and we ended up with the perfect result. Pity you can only give 5 stars, they deserve 10.
