Donna working at the concierge was fantastic. My husband needed to use a mobility scooter and she made the whole process extremely easy. She was friendly and helpful, ensuring he knew how to safely use the scooter and gave us directions to the lifts. She also asked if we needed the number to book next time. Great Mall ! It has everything you need for all ages. The crowd demographic is a wonderful mix of diverse people, it’s like being overseas. Be prepared to walk as it’s a huge shopping centre with many restaurants options.

Lots of parking and easy to get to with public transport. One of the largest shopping centres in Brisbane. Plenty of shops and lots of food. It’s well laid out and there is plenty of activities going here.

Went to 8 Street to grab a bite to eat. Alot of different Asian options from Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Malaysian, Filipino…. Great selection to choose from. The neon lights and small allay ways make it feel a bit more authentic.

Valet Staff Ali and Chris and another person working the desk were very helpful to me when I approached them for help. A man had verbally abused me for no reason and I didn’t feel safe so I went to ask them for help. Not only did they help me get to where I needed to go, but they also made sure that security came to talk to me. I highly recommend them getting a pay raise because what they did was above and beyond the scope of their job.

Love this mall. Convenient in store and parking location. Recently a new smart parking feature was added and it is that when you drive your car through the gate, you don't need to get a ticket, the system keeps track of you by your cars number plate and tracks the time you entered and left. No more ques.

Westfield Garden City is my ultimate shopping destination! This place has everything you could want for a fantastic shopping experience.

The variety of stores is amazing, and you can find everything from fashion to tech. The food court is great, offering a wide range of delicious options.

What makes it even better is the cleanliness and organization of the whole center. It's always a pleasure to shop here.

If you're looking for a shopping haven with a great atmosphere, Westfield Garden City is the place to be. I always leave with a smile on my face!

It was our first time visiting Westfield Mt Gravatt since we’re new to Brisbane. It was easily accessible by public transport. The place was lovely and had tons of options to choose from when it comes to shopping or even eating. Our little one loved the play area for toddlers which was on the first floor. The cleaners in the food court were very prompt. But the toilets near the food court could be cleaned better. The family room was very spacious and had places allocated for diaper change and even private feeding rooms. The play patch in the feeding room was so much fun. Our baby couldn’t keep his hands off it. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience visiting Westfield.

I love this place , spend lots of time with kids and wife. Lots of good food and shopping stores.

I lost a clutch on Christmas Eve which contained money, gift cards etc. Almost 2 weeks later I get a call from Ana from concierge who had found my clutch and my details by googling my business name and getting my contact details from there. All my money and gift cards were in the there! Thank you so much Ana, you are a legend! Bless you.

This place reminds me of SM malls in my home country. Everything like every brand is there! I like it as it is very convenient to jump from one store to another! Excellent location as well. For all your shopping needs, this place is the best to consider.

This was a way better Westfield than I expected. A really great selection of stores and so many unique food options. There are also free play and exercise areas outside and a library within the complex too. Decent parking. I feel like the options here are so different to other Westfields in Brisbane and I was overall pleasantly surprised!

Great mall. All the shops are well stocked and large. Bus interchange is useful for getting in and out. Some great eateries.

Been to the Centre many times, recently had to phone security for an incident occurring. Found the number for the Centre on google, phoned, within seconds was on the phone to Westfield Security at the Centre and their response was extremely fast. Was great to see they have these resources in place to keep people safe.

Best place to chill by your self or chill with your friends. Best to eat, watch cinemas, buy stuff you can barely find anywhere else, buy unnecessary stuff, buy stuff types of food you haven't tried before and many moreee

Riddhi, Tracey & Fiona at the concierge desk were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help me out. They allowed me to stay at the concierge desk as long as I needed to sort out my problem. Not only were they wonderful to me - they were very attentive and caring toward other shoppers who needed their assistance. Id give 10 stars to these ladies if I could for their professionalism and care, especially during such a busy time of the year.

Just came across an elderly gentleman lying on the ground in the carpark who was in not in a good way. The first responder - a guy handling trolleys - was spectacular in his calmness and recognising the need for an ambulance and his relaying of pertinent information. All staff that followed were professional and caring including a Christian chap who stopped and said a prayer. Excellent work all around! Ambos sorted out!

Plenty of parking space provides 4hours free parking for members. Heaps of different brands and restaurants. One stop shopping destination for sure

Best place to shop in Brisbane Australia! great selection of restaurants to choose from. The library was really nice for the kids to chill and play games. Has a basketball court outside too. Has excellent range of shops and entertainment. 2hr free parking too not like Auckland city.

It's a beautiful shopping centre with a large food court in and outside and very clean. I would highly recommend.
