Bunnings Caroline Springs

Was served by Thomas in the plumbing section. Really good customer service and went above in beyond in helping me find a tap. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process of replacing a tap to ensure I could do it myself at home (as I was clueless about it!) Thank you Thomas :)

Purchased an outdoor table that was fairly large. On pickup, I couldn't get it into my van by myself. No worries. James and Soliman, who were finished for the day, offered to help. They grabbed the table, and after I opened the van, they lifted and helped secure the table. Fantastic Service. Took the time to help and did OT with smiles. Well done, James & Soliman.

Solomon and the supervisor from the paint section at Caroline Springs were very knowledgeable and were able to process paint orders efficiently. It was a busy day and I was able to place my order and receive the paint within a few minutes.

Went after a big gap due to pandemic restrictions.

Garden section is open for the public for now and let's hope things get better.

Very good place and clean, easy access, plenty of car park, whatever you need for your business or you home they’re got in this place. I like how they organized the all items. And also everywhere you can find a help or if you have a question.bunnings are my favorite place to see and buy what you need.😊✌👍

Excellent...and well stocked unlike other stores I could mention..such as hoppers crossing and altona branches!...I find its better to go to bunnings stores in newly developed areas.

We would not go to any other Bunnings store other than Caroline Springs. The staff there are absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist us. In particular we would like to single out Vilma staff member in the Kitchen planning dept. She has assisted us in designing a complete new kitchen over the last several weeks. She has been absolutely wonderful and extremely professional in the way she has assisted us A huge thanks Vilma.Also James in the paint dept a very knowledgeable and helpful young man who was a tremendous help to us and gave wonderful painting tips to some big problems we were having with decorating our house a special thanks to you James.

Bigger and better range than my usual Bunnings. Came here looking for something that I haven't been able to find, and thankfully, this place was where it was.

Only problem, getting out of the car park on a busy Saturday morning.

This is my preferred Bunnings by far. Staff members are always friendly and more than helpful. And when asked, a staff member will assist you to the isle and help you find the product that you need. Great customer service. Always have stock on shelves, compared to Watergardens, there is no customer service, always low on stock and the staff are just ignorant and rude.

last saturday i went to go get some paint. i needed to get a colour match, and with a tiny paint chip we brought in, laura was able to match it perfectly. she was so nice and lovely. she’s a great asset.
