McDonald's Western Fairway

My girlies and I came here for a post-hike refreshment and had a wonderful experience!!! They were really generous with my soft serve and the frozen cokes we ordered refreshed us and provided us with the hydration we needed!! Drive-thru service was efficient too 🥹🍦🫶🏼🥤

Always reliable. Great coffees. Clean with good bathroom accessories. Not a place to really rate for "atmosphere" as there is none. It's a fast food joint that's getting faster, not more ambient.

People are disgusting. Dirty with no care for the surrounding or the next customers. The staff are doing their jobs. If only the filfy customers were, if only just a bit, considerate.

Service was amazing on this visit, the Barista was very helpful and made my coffees in line with my requests. Thank you

My drive-through was quick and easy myself and my nephew had hot fresh nuggets and fries 👍👍👍

This is a McDonald's so the decor and menu are the same as the other more than nearly 2,000 stores throughout Australia. Nonetheless this is a more modern store with both electric power points and USB charging sockets situated behind pairs of seating booths. This is really helpful.

Handy stop before getting into the hustle and bustle of Melbourne.

A few weeks ago, I was at this McD late night and needed attention due to some issues. Inspite of being 12:30 in the night, the staff was SUPER friendly. Not only was my order customised for the requirements, the staff member also helped me with the order to receive it.
Exceptionally surprised and pleased. So so so thankful to the wonderful staff that night and kuddos to the team!!!!

I don't normally review fast food places but this time I had to. Fantastic service and attitude. Shout out to the Sunday morning crew of 26th Feb. Keep up the good work!

I buy my morning coffee here every morning and I will say the service is fast and the staff are so friendly. This morning there was a sweet message written on the coffee lid it made my morning🙂. Thank you to the staff who work the early morning shift (10/10/22) you made me smile.

Did a pit stop to fuel up the bus on my way home with a work colleague who is training me.

The saving grace of Melton McDonalds, since all of the other McDonalds closer in the Melton region have become some of the worst McDonald’s stores I have ever been to, even the Southside one which recently had owners and executives come to review the store and film an advertisement there so you would think they’d be concerned about the quality but unfortunately not.

This McDonald’s however is the silver lining in the declining professionalism of the surrounding stores. Service is great, food is well made and actually hot, drinks are cold and taste like soda which can’t be said for the other stores.

The last time I went to this store there were 3 workers, THREE and they were doing an amazing job handling multiple groups of people, when compared to the Melton stores where there are upwards of 6-12 staff members not even able to get a simple order of 2 waters correct.

I genuinely hope that the other Melton stores will step up and improve over time but I am extremely doubtful and will continue to drive here but if you want to actually enjoy what you are paying for, the drive is the price you have to pay for now to get good McDonald’s if you live in Melton.

I personally have boycott every other store and if you live in Melton and are tired of getting horrible McDonald’s experiences I strongly suggest you do too and come here instead. Hopefully this store will not let me down and continue to remain one of the better McDonald’s stores leading into the future.

I normally get breakfast at this macers and their food is normally 👍 good. There drive through is normally quick even in peak times.

Never had a problem so far

Fantastic effort by staff overwhelmed by customer demand. They were patient, efficient and calm. Especially the young men at front. Well done.

Watch out for the wet slippery floors

Such a great McDonald's. My son and I have been twice on the way home from footy training and we love the set up Always clean. Comfy seating Staff are friendly and helpful. Great selection at the Mccafe. We will definitely go back.
