McDonald's Calder Northbound

As an older person I was most impressed with the staff on a recent visit, I just returned from a international flight I found all the staff very pleasant polite and courteous something I haven't experienced at some other outlets. The staff were also very well presented and displayed a passion for their customer service provision well done.

Daniel is an amazing server. It’s rare to see good customer service in fast food because of how high pressure the job is. Great job!

Always a sales caramel frappe when travelling and this is a great place for a feed and stop over.

Great multi-outlet designed for both cars and trucks. Special set of truck pumps with Adblue and heavy vehicle parking. All usual fast dood outlets such as Maccas, KFC etc.

I visited this McDonalds last night night on my way home from work to get myself an evening coffee. The staff member who took my order was an incredibly welcoming young man and the young lady who made my coffee did so fantastically. Definitely the best lactose free caramel latte I have ever gotten from this McDonalds.

We got fine coffee and they even packed a $2 burger without the bun as a gluten free option. Fries were Top class as well.

My regular morning stop for 5 years now. Every time someone leaves this place they get someone just as good to replace them. Paula on drive through is a gem and she makes my morning - puts a smile on my face every time

I would like to give a 5 star review, specifically to your fantastic, smiling, hardworking staff member Daniel! When I came through the drive through a while ago his positive demeanour really made my night. It’s great to see such hard working young people who are so polite. I loved being served my Mcflurry with a cheerful smile! Fantastic job Daniel, keep up the hard work!

hands down the best maccas there is. had a couple consistency issues in the past (primarily on peak times) but lately everything's been pretty close to perfect!
even when there's problems with your meal the staff are more than happy to fix her back up for you.
avoid calder inbound at all costs though 😰

as you can see by the picture, all the ingredients are inside my burger - a constant problem for most maccas.

The food is fresh and exactly what you expect when going to Maccas. The Ladies in the drive through are super happy, have a laugh and a little chat if time permits. Hands down one of the best McDonalds I have ever been to in Australia!

Big shout out to the staff member Michael. His customer service is exceptional. Michael is a very happy staff member and he was working real hard. Keep up the good work Michael. An asset to Maccas.

Competitive fuel prices and variety of take away

I think their names were Emily + gracella not too sure but I was anxious ordering + they were sooo welcoming and kind!! Hard working girls & should be praised!!
