Every year we visit to pick up the next size of school uniform at Dobsons CS, and every year I am impressed by the lovely ladies who work here. They are always friendly, welcoming, smiling - and so helpful. Nothing is too hard. Absolutely beautiful people. Thank you x

What an experience. I was so worried about getting my daughter's uniform due to my experience with her other schools supplier that I kept putting it off. Today I decided it had to be done and went in. I was in and out with a full set of uniform within 5 minutes with trying on. The ladies that served me were the sweetest people. Didn't try to oversell anything and knew with confidence what was needed and expected. Amazing experience. I wish all my children's school suppliers were Dobsons

The ladies at Dobsons Caroline Springs are so friendly and knowledgeable, from warm greetings to product knowledge and an eye for sizing these ladies are an absolute pleasure to deal with, they make the whole process so easy and overall are just wonderful people. I’d rate them higher if I could and I’m very impressed with the service.

Today we came in to get our child uniform for year 10 at Lake View College. The place was very busy but every single staff member was smiling and made everyone feel so welcome. We we’re extremely fortunate and had an amazing staff member, Paris, serve my child and I. Paris was amazing didn’t assume gender and the way she used her pronouns was amazing which put my child at ease immediately and felt so much more comfortable. That incredibleness aside, nothing was an issue for Paris and she could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Many retail people could take a leaf out of Paris’s book. What an asset to your business and to future employers. Thank you so much Paris, it may have been normal for you but meant a lot to us 😊

I went there earlier today, and the service from staff was unmatched. The lady who helped us (Melissa) was very kind and considerate, and you can really tell that Dobsons chooses their staff well, and her knowledge of sizing was on point, clearly from experience.
I was astounded at the helpfulness and generosity she showed during my time there.

The best experience at this store, got served by Alaya…very knowledgeable helpful and runs an extra mile with her customer service.

Olia & Mel were fantastic🎉👏! They were very kind & helpful - especially since they kept the shop open for us as we were stuck in heavy traffic. They were also very knowledgeable about some sizing & made my daughter feel comfortable when trying items on- thank you ladies! 💐🤗

All i can say is WOW! I have had a couple of dealings with this store and each and every time, no matter who I dealt with, the customer service was nothing short of AMAZING. The team at this store are so helpful and go above and beyond to assist. I have dealt with the store manager, head office and various team members and have has nothing but an amazing experience every time.

We went this morning & were served by the Store Manager I think her name was Ashanti, I would like to thank her very much for the wonderful help with my Girls new Uniforms. She was very helpful, polite & knowledgeable, we left the store very happy my Girls enjoyed their experience in the Store. We will definitely be happy to return to this Store to buy more Uniforms.

Has plenty of uniform for most schools in the area, never low on stock, even during back to school season

One of the ladies at Dodson's has remembered our daughter from preschool. Every year we go back to get uniform she always remembers the first time she seen our daughter. Always professional, welcoming and interactive with their clients.
