JB Hi-Fi Burnside

First time going to the Burnside store because they had an item in stock that other stores didn't have.
I organized a click and collect through the website and I was amazed at how quickly they picked the order - literally 1min after confirming the payment to being able to collect the item in store! Haha
And when I went into the store, the gentleman at the counter was super friendly and found my order instantly.
Very happy with this stores service!

This is our go to wharf we need anything electronic, mobile phone or tech related. The service we've received here is exceptional! If you need sothing from JB Hi-Fi and find yourself at this location, ask for Hakan, he'll take care of you. He's very knowledgeable, the man knows his stuff! He is the reason why we shop in this store.

Got a new dishwasher last week. It was delivered on time but there was some problem with the door.
Store manager Steven Edwards was really helpful. JbHiFi replaced it and delivered another one asap.

Had to wait 5-10 mins searching for a staff member who wasn’t busy(boxing day, so fair enough). But overall they were quick and had good knowledge about the products I wanted to buy.

A huge thank you to Hakan for assisting us on our visit here. My father and I have desperately been needing assistance with a music transfer onto his new laptop and Hakan helped us tremendously. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us and we appreciated this very much. It was a difficult and tedious job, however he made sure to try EVERY avenue to get the music transferred and did not tell us at any point that he simply couldn’t do it. He explained every step of the way what he was doing, made sure we were happy with the result and I was incredibly appreciative of his help to my father. Hakan has excellent customer service and definitely goes above and beyond to assist in any way that he can - despite how long the transfer took from this time.

I think it’s amazing that JB Hi Fi offer services such as this, for people who aren’t as IT literate and he informed us after all his effort and time there is no cost for helping with a data transfer! If we could’ve we would’ve tipped him!

Blake is an epitome of a customer service which rarely difficult to find it these days he made us feel valued as a customer and because of him we ended up buying an extra items which was not part of the plan but it was all worth it when the staff showed an interest and listened to our needs.

Steve from Burnside absolutely delivered 5 star service. He was extremely knowledgeable while explaining the washers and dryers' functions and features in addition to giving his advice and recommendations. If that alone wasn't enough he did everything he could when my partner and I were having problems using our gift cards to process a few large purchases. This included multiple attempts of processing the cards at different terminals, calling IT, taking down our numbers and emails to follow up. Then taking the problem up with higher ups. Absolute gem, please promote him. That man deserves a raise
