McDonald's Deer Park

Awesome fresh food. The place was so busy but the crew were able to take all types order. Within the time frame food was made and served. We sat at the corner so don't annoy anyone. All the food were fresh and thanks for cooking the nuggets hot hot. Done awesome . Dev and about 10 nuggets.

I went to McDonald’s at 2am with sister, the manager Anas had such amazing customer service. And I could tell they were busy with drive thru too but my food was still quick hot and delicious. Will 100% come again, Thanks Anas and the over night crew 🙌🏾

10am Sunday morning. 3rd December, Young girl at register. (I dont use self serve) Best ever service I've ever had at a Maccas. One of the best lattes too.

It was an Excellent experience today we were served by Lien the manager 😀 that was an experience on its own

How I remember Macca's used to be.

My biggest issue with so many McDonald's restaurants is that the dine-in customer is beyond poor. Rubbish everywhere, bins full, chairs all over the place. Plus Uber Eats drivers crowding the counter area.

This McDonald's looked like a restaurant! It is the type of thing where I will go out of my way to visit.

You have an actual customer focus.

Plus the staff were well organised. Team leaders working with staff and not shouting at them!

Now when you have a restaurant like that customers put their rubbish in the bins. They subconsciously feel obligated.

Please make sure this note goes to the restaurant and its staff.

The manager “ Anas” he was so polite and nice with best service ever. He was so fast serving order. Glad to see him as a manager here

Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. No complaints. If only they were all like this

Had to do some work on my computer, has free wifi and PowerPoint's for my laptop. Nice quiet area around the side. Lady behind counter looks like she cared about her job. She told me my order won't be long and when I received she told me they were fresh chips. Lovely :)

Great McDonald's, very fresh and they got my order correct. But drive through was a bit of wait

Recently had my daughter's birthday at Burnside Mcdonalds. The staff were amazing and attentive, Tristan the manager went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for such a enjoyable experience. Highly recommend if your little one has a party, the party room is joined to the play area.

Nice place for snacks after doing your groceries.

I went there in the morning rush. They had so many uber and drive through orders. All the staff were working really hard.

I want to say what an amazing experience I had on Tuesday the 25th I am such a fussy eater but the young girl who served me got my order perfectly the first time and then the burger was put together exactly as I requested. To top it all off it was absolutely delicious. My docket number was 160 and it was about 08:30pm I would love the young girl to be commended on great customer service.

Service is fast, and staff are really polite, best McDonald's I've been to in a while.

Usually get drive-thru as I order via the app and have never had a problem; just tell them my code and drive straight thru to the pick up window where my ordered items are always correct and everything's out in a timely manner.
