Great job to buy from. Doesn’t range the whole selection but you need to understand it’s not the stores fault.
The staff are friendly though

Great customer service even when you don't ask for it they come up to and ask if you need any help very helpful...I live close by in Caroline Springs I go to burnside more than the one in Caroline Springs I been coming here since it frist open.

This is my local coles where i frequently shop my groceries. There is always a great customer service at this store. Especially , Dhiraj and Manasse are the two great people with magnificent service. They go above and beyond to help customers with their smiling face. I highly recommend this store. Thanks for your service.

Great coles. Smaller than your typical ones. But that’s what’s great about it. Easy to find everything and friendly staff

I love this coles! The girls who stock the shelves are the sweetest girls i’ve ever met! They always help me and put a smile on my face! Boys can sometimes be a little unhelpful but they’re still very nice! 9/10 I wish they still had the proper registers! Good Job though keep it up guys!

i came in on tuesday night and this young female i beilive named adel, she was extremely helpful with my items and helped me bag and scan my whole shopping cart,extremely great service,very thankful

My mother, a Burnside Retirement Village resident, has recently returned to Coles Burnside for her shopping. Due to Covid, she had been reluctant to shop, so I had been doing her shopping for her on the weekends.
She asked me to thank Sheryl and Jacob for their outstanding customer service. My mother is disabled and shops from her scooter. Sheryl kindly unloaded her bag from the back of the scooter, scanned items and repacked them for her. On another trip, she asked Jacob if he would get her the TV week when she was at the checkout. He got it for her with a helpful smile. She would like to thank them for their compassion and care. As my mum is over 80 and a regular customer, she would like the staff of Coles Burnside to know how much she appreciates their help. It means a lot especially in these times.

Jacob is a star employee. Please keep and promote him. At the self-checkout, he offered to save me time scanning 10 of the same item by entering it as a multi purchase himself, and assisted me with the right change needed when I forgot to get cash out. He is polite, proactive and can-do. What a rare find. Thank you.

Good local shopping centre
Not a big store so you can finish groceries quick. No coin required for trolleys.

New to this store so took awhile to find my way around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

Beacuse Mum And Riley Went To Coles Burnside To Get Some Rolls For School And I Took Photos To See Fire Hose Reels And Exit Signs.

A lot of parking space available, friendly staff, can find almost all the groceries.
