The women at the layby desk was super friendly despite some of the challenges she faced. She made sure I had every item of my layby and when there was one item missing (which wasn't her fault) she apologized, offered a refund and a gift voucher. I hope everyone is being nice to them during this Christmas period.

Excellent customer service from a young lass at the counter, making pleasant conversation under pressure 3 days out from Xmas. Excellent staffing, credit to management, long line snaking out and around, moved really quickly, much quicker than expected, freeing me up to get to Coles on a tight schedule. Bravo.

Great place for quick shopping of all your homecare and personal needs on reasonable prices..wish it was open 24/7...would have helped lot...

Kmart is great and Melton Kmart is now my fav. I met this top bloke working as security. He does his job very sincerely and due to him found my mother's bag. Thanks Dalveer

I went to buy the item but could not find in the self, went to ask the customer service lady who was busy chatting with her friend . Once she saw me she quickly said whatever is in self that’s it , Looks like she wanted to show she was doing her job but she was only physically there and her attitude was as like I have to pay to talk to her kind( I could not properly read her name tag).As I was desperate to find the item and does not like her attitude so I went to another girl Alisha,She quickly went to check for me if they had a stock but could not find so suggested me to order online which was very helpful. Other day I went there then lady named Sandra was very helpful too.the store is normally busy but even not busy the store is not very clean. But it a Kmart the ladies favourite place so cannot give negative reviews.

Most awesome Kmart ever! You can rock up here some nights at 3am and see people shuffling about in their onesies. Also great customers service! Instead of assuming you can use a SCOM they ask whether you prefer a person

I recently found a Facebook page dedicated to decorating homes with Kmart furnishings and can understand why. There really is some stylish cheap stuff that would blend into any home.
I also like to peruse the men's section for linen shirts and clearance items...

I was first surprised that all 13 items I wanted were available coz many times you can’t find all items in 1 Kmart store for Click and collect. Pretty unexpected. On top of it, Click and Collect order pick up was arranged in less than a day. Good quality stuff too.

Great for late night shopping, + U don't get followed by security as they seem to station them at the entrances lol. This is how a large retail store within a low income demographic should operate. Keep up the good work guys 😁

It used to be a 24hr branch but now it's opened from 8am-12am. That's still quite an impressive opening hours. All sorts of things to like about Kmart. Don't let the affordable price deceive you. Most of the products are of good quality.l
