I’ve been to this store twice and encountered 2 different sales staff. Both of them impressed me with their friendliness, patience, and willingness to help the customer by advising on numerous options to customise the orders. On my last visit, Regina helped me and she was professional, enthusiastic, full of energy, so I ordered a set of side tables (flower stands) and I am looking to order a marble dinning set in the future. We had been looking for a new coffee table and TV unit for quite a while, but wanted something a bit different to the usual timber offerings as we already have more than enough of that in our home. As we couldn't find anything that suited us, either new or secondhand, in our area, we decided to have a look, during a trip to Sydney, at the furniture stores at the Auburn Home Centre. All the stores at the Home Centre have some really lovely furniture to suit just about all tastes, and we found a beautiful coffee table and matching TV unit at Flourish Furniture at a good price. Regina at Flourish was most helpful and knowledgeable and explained that if we wanted a different coloured marble inlay as the top of each item, they could supply that, but we were quite happy with the display model as the colour complemented the rest of our furniture. As we are on the Central Coast, Regina said that delivery would be 1 to 2 weeks and, true to her word, she rang at the start of the second week to say that the items would be delivered the next day. The delivery guys arrived on time and were very nice, didn't damage anything, and even helped my husband to lift our big TV onto the new unit. We're very impressed with all at Flourish Furniture.

Very helpful. always has a smile on their face. Their furniture does not disappoint, very classy and elegant. Different designs to what other shops have. Other China made furniture stores are starting to have the same furniture so what you will see here is very different and elegant.
