Absolutely sensational. This place has everything and a great cafe in-house. Really good staff / customer ratios & the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. Lots of basement parking serviced by a lift, so it's easy to get your purchases down to your car. If you've got lots of stuff, the staff will get a trolley and escort you to your car. I had the best shopping experience here and will be returning for sure.

We purchased all the materials for our bathroom renovations from Harvey Norman in Auburn, where Fatima served as our dedicated salesperson. Fatima has a good knowledge of the entire product range and expertly guided us through every aspect of our purchases. She was very patient and allocated hours to ensuring our satisfaction with each item and gave us a chance to reconsider and choose alternative products as needed. She was also good with colour coordination which helped us blending vanity door colours with tiles, benchtops, taps, and more. We were impressed by how good she is at her job and how friendly she is. We plan to come back for more shopping, including our next bathroom renovation. We're thankful for her help and for doing a great job.

Big store as you would expect; had disability parking near a lift which was a relief. Also noticed there were travelators. I had called ahead and due to limited mobility had requested and been given exact, shortest directions to where I needed to go to, the best parking entrance to take, etc. which was accurate and highly appreciated. Had come to this store because local store had not the full range and I needed more options, which they had.

We went through in a fast check for some items .. and honestly they have great collection and beautiful furniture but for us we were looking for some items with very low budget so we didn t buy anything. But for sure our next furniture collection ll be from harvey Norman with no doubts

Came in for a 65" TV. Sales man was very helpful, able to get me a further discount from the originally discounted price. Good proximity to warehouse. Would recommend for technology purchases.

A great place to look for ideas and shop for a new home. Pretty much a one-stop mall for new home furnishing. Huge range of products on display, presented in a nice ambience. Makes the shopping experience quite exciting and enjoyable.

Great customer service. Went with a problem with the laptop charger and got it replaced straight away. Wait time was minimum and the extra photo booth and print service there was exceptionally fast. Well done team. All the best and keep up the good spirit and customer service.

Much easier to drive here rather than driving to Penrith Harvey Norman. The service staff really good and not in your face all the time. Only issue was these all stores are franchise so the systems are not connected

The biggest Harvey Norman store I have seen so far. It has the vast variety of products range and staff is very helpful. There are three levels of parking spaces. It also has a cafe in case you want to grab something to eat quickly or just a coffee. I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking to buy something from Harvey Norman.

This store was spacious and offered a wide variety of furniture and appliances. It was a pleasure to shop there. The cafeteria there provided an area for a munch and a break in case the shoppers and families got too tired shopping, foods were reasonably priced.

We did encounter an issue with obtaining the Latitude promotion bonus, but thanks to Julie's exceptional dedication and customer care, the matter was swiftly resolved. To be completely honest, due to this problem, I had contemplated canceling my order. However, thanks to Julie's efforts and her discussions with the Latitude staff and manager, the issue was successfully resolved.

Great outcome for purchase of new oven. Shopping with specific brand in mind but extremely helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy Erich showed us an oven priced slightly higher but so much more value for money. No pressure from sales person and also really appreciated his competency in completing the transaction efficiently, detailing the process & now just awaiting the delivery next week of new oven!

Great prices, great sales staff. I’ve bought a lounge set, a bed and other bits and pieces from here over the years.

This Harvey Norman is quit big inside, you can buy everything you need for your home. If you visit the washing machine and fridges area, there is a lady called Mary meet her and she patient and explaining every single things about appliances. Thanks Mary
