The Good Guys Auburn

We purchased a coffee machine here with the help of Debbie and she did a perfect job in educating us on how to properly use a capsule coffee machine, the difference between capsules in terms of size and taste and the features of the machine that most people are not familiar with that make all the difference when preparing coffee! She was mindful of our time constraints as we were in a rush but did her best to make sure we left knowing all we needed to. Feels great to wake up to my new job as an amateur barista ;)

Would like to thank Lucinda for helping me with the purchase of a fridge last month. Very happy with my experience and her help. This is not the first time I've dealt with Lucinda. In October 2023, I purchased a dishwasher, she was again very helpful in assisting her colleague with my purchase as there were a few system issues. She is very knowledgeable and helpful not just towards customers but also her peers. Hope the management sees this and acknowledges her efforts 👍🏻

I ordered an item online from another store and did not arrive on time, so I decided to order a replacement from the Good Guys Auburn. Unfortunately when I went to pick it up it couldn't be found. Sounds bad doesn't it? Well, I was served by Marissa and despite of being extremely busy, she did everything she could to help me out and with a smile on her face. Even during such a busy time of the year, she took the time to listen to me and offered alternatives. Eventually she provided a solution I was very happy with. It is all about customer service, and she's very good at it.
Congrats to the Good Guys for employing such a wonderful person.

The good guys are seriously good! They are super thorough and take the time to give you a great deal- they will beat any store. Glad I refunded my Harvey Norman purchase and re-bought it here for $500 cheaper. Great customer service with Huy. Won’t be shopping anywhere else for appliances from now on.

Spoke to two different ladies who assisted me to the fullest extent in regards to purchasing a washing machine urgently as my old one broke and started leaking everywhere. They were so understanding and kind and really put me at ease. Were very patient with me and all my questions as well.

Ten days ago I bought a vacuum cleaner. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products, he was extremely helpful and answered all my
questions as well as helping me to compare the various features of each. When I left the store to consider all my options over lunch, he even followed me to show me two other products I hadn't considered. I returned later to purchase the Electrolux
Pure C9 Bagless vacuum cleaner and I couldn't be happier with my choice!

Today purchased a fridge, stove, kettle and toaster. We were attended to by Steve T, a most helpful person, who suggested an alternative fridge, as our preferred option was out of stock. He co-ordinate delivery to fit with our son's roster. Barry Ford OAM

Wonderful Experience i had at Good Guys. I was explained for the specs of products in a detailed manner. Executives were very nice ans rhey offered best price as per market. I will recommend this store for electronics products. Also delivery is on time and hassel free. Thank you Good Guys 👍

Missed to get the Telstra offer packaged expecting a call back. Now got to use the fridge and washing machine and provide further feedback. Highly recommend. Neat store with lot of options..

Gruvi was kind enough to explain the features of the product and suggested the one that suits to our needs. At his young age he has excellent knowledge about the products. He never forces you to buy, a great skill that a sales person should have as per me. He is the best at what the store offers.

I recommend talking to Gruvi when you visit the store to buy your needs.
Deals provided by him were excellent and his communication was great.

I will go again to this Good Guys store only if required and see Gruvi for deals.

Matthew was also good in explaining the Telstra offer with The Good Guys. Deal did fit our purpose.
