Baby Bunting Auburn

Visited Baby buntings at this store. Ebony, storeperson assisted us in installing extra adaptors to our Uppa baby baby pram. Recommended to see her for your purchases as she knowns what she is doing!

I am new shopping at baby bunting, I need a gift for a friend’s gift registry. I was very confused because I never knew how much selection there was at this store. A staff approached me, she was very helpful and helped me pick out a gift from the registry! I was glad they approached me, I’m sorry I did not catch a name, but she was an amazing staff member at the Auburn store. Definitely coming back here in the future and recommending my mates to go here - Christian

Had a great experience purchasing our baby products from this store. Iman, the sales assistant, was sooo helpful and supported us in making the right decisions when purchasing. She was great!

I love this place to go to buy some baby stuff since i was pregnant and i have good memories about the things that i prepared for my son, even he's grown up. I am sure people have a similar experience in this place.
When i visited to there for buying a car seat, I treated by the lady in a really good manner and kindness, so these stars for her and BB. Thank you.

I backed to BB to exchange the car seat to another one because the harnesses were not enough to long that my expectation to be used until he turns 8 whatever it says it's for 12m to 8yrs but it wasn't suit to him
as his physical condition.

Unfortunately i had a totally opposite experience that I had 2days ago. The lady was extremely rude from the beginning of the conversations and I was trying to be patient to avoid any argument. Only the good thing, she wasn't that rude all the time, i assumed she was aware her behaviou was getting too much so she tried being normal to the customer.

I can understand as the person who did same thing in the customer services indutry but I was very socked about her behaviour especially she was closing her eyes when i was tlking to her and she was listening, how rude she was.......
I was hurt by her behaviour but I don't want to hurt her because I could tell she is unhappy with her job and probably her life?. I beg her, please do not take your personal emotion to your work. That bad influence impact to people's feeling and day or week(wouldn't be longer).
If she really don't want to work for BB with any reasons, whatever she has long experience and plenty knowledge she has to leave from there for BB and herself.

It's not only a blame, also i do worry about the person who i met today.
Customer service is not easy, definitely I agree. But if you heard many bad feedbacks and you are unhappy to do this job in most of your time, I think it's time to do something else.

Been here several times in the past year, always good experience with our visits, all our babies needs from nappies to cots and prams we picked most our stuff here, everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Price match any Australian store as some products could cost more here than other businesses

Store assistant Nisa was very helpful and provided great customer service. Hope the managers realise what gem they have working for them! 😊 keep up the good work

Went for the car seat fitting and it was great. They showed us what to do and some nice tricks on the seat for when we need to take it down and out. Got some other stuff and car battery died. Staff were great and helped us jump start ours. We could've waited but this meant we weren't waiting around for an hour. Great service.

I've shopped at both the Auburn and Warners Bay store and each time the staff have been wonderful. I've been meaning to write this review to thank Iman at the Auburn store for her great assistance with choosing the right car seat for us. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, she even carried out some options to my car to see how they would fit. I'm very grateful for her patience and kindness. Thank you!!

Very good customer service. We needed some help choosing a baby carrier, the salesgirl who assisted us explained everything very clearly to us.

The item I wanted to buy was only in the Auburn store, not my local Baby Bunting. I called up the day before going into store to ensure the product I was considering to buy was in stock. Once I got into the store, Rebecca remembered that I had called and was very helpful, as was her colleague in assisting me with a new pram. Customer service was more friendly than my usual Baby Bunting, so worth the trip.

My husband and I were helped by Jason and received fantastic service. He saw us standing looking clueless at the car seats and asked if we needed assistance. Really eased our mind choosing the right baby car seat. We didn’t feel rushed by him despite many questions & we walked away very satisfied.

There were a few other staff members around however they didn’t seem interested in helping us, even the lady at the counter didn’t seem that interested to be there.

If you go in seriously ask for Jason!

We had our baby car seat installed by Lisa and she gave us extensive instructions on how to use the car seat, and even allowed us to video record the instructions in case we forgot. So far, our experience at Baby Bunting has been exceptional - from using the online chat function to ask about specific products, to asking whether we could have a product on lay-by transferred to a Baby Bunting that is closer to us. The team members across all Baby Bunting stores have been fantastic. Thank you!!

Spoke with Rose amazing service from her, very patient and very happy to answer my questions about strollers . Recommended the brand I was interested in and showed me carseats that also match. She demonstrated how the stroller opens and closes and how the features work and how the baby casual connects and can be used with the car and then taken inside. Rose was very helpful to me and my partner.

Every time i attend here, i have a pleasant experience. When we purchased a pram, cot, seat and additional extra, the Customer Service Attendant was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly in nature as well. Thank guys!!

Hubby & I came in with a special request. We wanted to walk out without knowing what colour onesee was wrapped up (so we can unveil the gender in a more intimate setting later). I contacted a few other baby stores in Inner West Sydney who all said no to this service... The service team here did not hesitate to help out! They made sure to keep it all secret & hidden and wrapped it all up without us seeing - I'm so grateful for their help 😊. We definitely experienced great service here at Baby Bunting Auburn 👍👍.

Being our first baby and unsure of what products will suit our needs, team member Rose was so helpful and knowledgeable on all products from prams to cots and gave the best advice which helped our choices.

Always friendly service. I've returned two gifts on two seperate occasions, one was too big and the other was broken. Both times there wasn't any issues returning items. Replacement was offered in store

The ladies at this store are so easy and lovely to deal with. They all provide you with best advice and information on their products.
This is the best baby store I've been to and they are very honest and happy to help in any way they can
