Well now if your need office related supplies at reasonably high prices this is the place for you.
Well now if you require that personal touch printing, laminating, or any other services they claim to offer this is not the place for you, unless you have several hours to spare dealing with their children/staff.
I've been a customer for several years now and getting assistance was always a ridiculous effort.
However today i encountered a rear bread of human, she's a absolute gun at organising customers and prioritising customer requests for service at a unmatched pace while all other staff members stand around like fruitsticks.
Her name is "ALTHEA" #THE NINJA
I strongly recommend the office works management to triple here salary package at once and terminating several of the regular staff members to provide the funds for her new salary package, after all paying someone to stand at the door greeting people while paying customers are loosing their minds from lake of service just metres away is a bad way to run a business, and this reflects poorly on management and the floor supervisor and the brands reputation as reflected by the rating of 2.7 lmao.

A fantastic Officeworks with a large range of products and free parking. The store is very clean and open for a wide range of hours. Officeworks have a click and collect as well as delivery options.
I love the headphones available from here as they have low priced sets of headphones from $2.
I normally get the ones with a mic they're $4.50.
Great range of products seeking to have everything you need to run a great office.

I haven't had much help at this store in the past. Being blind, makes things difficult for me, but today I received some great help from Ian behind the counter on how to set up the printer I had bought. He was excellent and very helpful.

I got here in a rush, near the closing time. Waited a short line but for a long time, regardless. A staff member a guy named pravus(apologies if the name isn’t correct) helped me out at the end. Fixing my scans for the passport. He saved my day. And i cant thank him enough for doing that. For that i give a 100/5 stars any day.😁 thnx again-

The store is so well managed and staff's are really helpful Hussain was really helpful for an idea about the printer and the best customer service I ever had by Riyaan such an amazing engagement with customers so professional and we were so happy of her help and service. Jacob helped us to find the right chair and table and he also helped us carry these items to the car park and moved them into the car. Beyond his responsibilities in the shop. Very kind person. Many thanks for your help.

The range of products and services is awesome. You can take a flash memory card there and print colour photos or documents for binding etc.
I found some nice little stationery items for my lesson diary, like liquid paper and eraser etc.
Lots of experienced staff there to help when needed.

Tasmia impressed me with above average, friendly service! Plenty of undercover parking.

A BIG THANK YOU TO JACOB and Pranchu! printer for the office didn't work, both gentleman were happy to listen to the fault of the product and exchange for a working version of the printer. Jacob even set it up to ensure it could print before I left. Thank you guys, you are doing great work

Today, on 07/05/2023, I went to the Auburn Officeworks at around 4 PM. The front desk members, Cassie and Vivian provided excellent service and showed extreme talent at solving my problem. I wish I that all members at the Auburn store could all be like this.

Tony is a legend!!! Always so attentive, happy to help & does a great job no matter how fiddly my printing job could be at times. I came in late tonight too & he never makes me feel bad about that. Great asset to Officeworks deserves a big thumbs up! Thanks heaps Tony

Amazing service! I've been there few times to print menus but this time I was looking for a specific lunch box the gents wouldn't quit until they located one and put on hold for my son in another local store! I even saw them help other customers to their cars with the big stuff! I bought a 3 meter rug once at another vendor and they sent me on my way with my 3 little kids while it was raining to load into my car!

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. A very helpful and nice lady Tasmia is her name tried her best to help us. She fixed our printing problem in no time after a frustrating service at anthor store. She did that with a nice smile on her face. Highly recommend this place for your printing

I am company director holding 30 days business account with Officeworks and usually shop at Punchbowl Store, However I was passing by Auburn so I stop there to exchange small items for my kids as they were to start school on Monday. I had all records of purchases on my phone including receipt etc. When I got to counter I have been greeted by young team member name Arya, she start to helping me while I was talking to her Arya's colleague told me that oh its online order and we cannot access it however Arya's ignored her and within a minute she figured it out how to access the online orders receipt and she completed the transaction very efficiently. I own a retail store and know how important to have team member like Arya. Well done Arya !!!

Ian from the printing department was extremely helpful, understanding and a master at his craft! Managed to print me 3 different posters and my images were the wrong scale but he improvised while warning me of the pros and cons and they turned out much better then I originally hoped for! Thank you
