Very happy with the purchase of Nero Natural Pine Triple Bunk Bed (Grey). We got it at a reasonable price due to the 15% promo and discounted delivery fee- talking about being at the right place, at the right time!

Love the item, all parts are there, the guides are easy to follow and I have 2 very very happy kids with their bunk bed. It is also as described, sturdy and look so well made! Quality is pretty good for the price I paid! The delivery time is also reasonably quick!

We were initially booked for a later delivery time ( 2 week approximately) and were called the following day after the purchase for the delivery to be rescheduled a day prior to this. On the delivery day, the driver called me early ( 7.30ish) and mentioned that the item could be delivered within 30-45 minutes. He got there around 8.30 am and then I started my real life 'Lego' project. Took me 3 hours with hubby's help to assemble the rest of the items. We bought our mattresses separately from another business. Very happy with Luxo Living. Thank you Don don and Cherish for helping with my queries prior to the purchase. They were great😊

Abit hesitant to purchase my table after I saw many bad reviews regards stock and delivery issues. However when it came to tables I saw no negative reviews. I took the risk in buying the Alfred table after viewing pictures that others bought. I received it today and love it. It was easy to assemble and had no issues with delivery, they even rung me 15mins before they arrived to give notice they were coming. Overall I had a good experience. Pics for reference, love the colour and it's pretty sturdy aswell.

Purchased the Avalon 200cm ceramic porcelain table from Luxo.
Delivery team were super nice, customer service team were also friendly and got the job done.

The best part is the table. Top quality, looks just as good as the competitors at a fraction of the price.

I placed an order online then noticed a sale was on online so decided to change the model of wine fridge I purchased to a better model under the sale price. Harry explained how cancellation of my first order would work including timing of refund to my credit card. He made it all happen and confirmed I could get the model I wanted at the sale price. All done with no hassles.

Have not yet received my item, had an issue of needing to change the shipping address and got through to the call centre after about 10 minutes. She changed it very quickly for me. Sean, who I contacted via email, also replied very quickly and was able to confirm the shipping address change. I'm very excited to receive my new sofa!

These guys are great. I had an issue where my order went through without the discount code being applied and at full cost. I applied the code and fir some reason i was changed full price. I called straight away, got answered after hours and the consultant MARQUE helped me get full refund without processing costs and i was able to reorder with discount code applied and much cheaper price ( although these guy are the best on price and quality 😃👍🤙👌✌🏻). Thoroughly satisfied and impressed by the whole experience shopping with mobile mattresses! And the customer support!!! 😁😁😁😁 thank you guys 😉

I am really impressed with their customer service. I hope every person in this department is like Nicole who has assisted me since the beginning and she was super helpful even though i have made a mistake and order the wrong size of one of the products. As the product itself, i means It’s quite new and has been only 2 sleeps on it but the bed frame that i bought looks sturdy and way nicer than photos. They have updated with the dispatch and texted the ETA and rang 15 min before arrival which i am very happy about. The only issue i had was that they left the goods at the building entrance and didn’t take it to 1st floor to my flat. Since they were heavy, i couldnt dealt by myself and had to call friends to help me. I wish the delivery person can contact me and we would take it upstairs together but he just dropped them and left. After reading some of the reviews here, i was hesitant to purchase from them but i did and i am glad that i did! I will definitely buy from them again!

Luxo living is pretty quick and easy. To their website and service to the delivery and set up. Driver's were super nice, shout out to Aidan and his team. Definitely worth it.
