Jaycar Electronics Auburn

5/5 for my experience at Jaycar today. Ian especially provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. After a long day driving around trying to find answers and help, this was my last stop before giving up. It was so nice to talk with someone who really knows what he's doing and willing to go the extra mile made such a difference. Thanks for helping me with my Grandpa's clock.

Heng served us. Her professionalism and customer service was very high. She helped me through purchasing the correct product that was suitable for my home. Thank you so much Heng and team.

Fantastic experience! Ian helped me out with an electronics project and not only was he knowledgeable and super friendly, but he really took the time to find the products I needed (which was more than I initially thought - so glad he served me!). Fantastic service, I'll definitely be coming back! Shout out to Carl for also helping with the LED portion of the project.

I did a bit of research for a filament dryer box and found one at this nearby Jaycar store. I didn't realise Jaycar now had a lot of things for 3d printing. From the moment I walked in, Ian asked if I needed any help. He showed me to where this box was and we had a great conversation about many things related to 3d printing. Loved Ian's enthusiasm and he showed me many things his son had printed for the store. Above and beyond my expectations and I'll definitely be happy to go back again. Oh and I'm pretty happy with the Esun filament dryer box I bought. My PETG prints are coming out great and PLA has improved too.

Amazing customer service here. Walked in to a team of happy and welcoming staff. Terrance especially went out of his way to help in finding the right cords for an in car TV set for the kids!! Thank you Jaycar Auburn!

Came into the store with alot of questions and doubt. The team at Auburn sorted me out without hesitation. A huge thankyou to Ian! With your help I managed to repair 2 antennas getting us out of trouble. That's what keeps me coming back! Have a very Happy New Year!

Terrance, Nicole, Ian, Salvatore, Dylan, Jun and the rest of the team, at Jaycar Auburn, are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They know their products and take an interest in their customers' projects. I will gladly shop there again.

Went to Jaycar to get an Arduino Uni for a uni project after I totally fried my other one and Salvatore and Terrance were absolutely fantastic offering excellent advice on how to prevent it from happening again as well as offering fantastic service and genuine interest in my project. I've been in sales and customer service for a long time and the boys here are on the money with great quality service. This isn't my local jaycar but ill be definitely coming back purely due to their expertise and service they provide. 10/10

I was looking for a specific RF connector for my wi-fi project. I found it difficult to explain but the store manager was able to decode what I was saying and figure out what I needed. Whilst the part wasn't in stock, I had a great positive shop experience, and that people still care about electronics projects and hobbies. Highly recommended, loads of parking too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every visit to store, staffs always greet and makes you welcome. Go with problem and staffs comes with solution for you. Terrance is a top bloke he goes out of his way get what are you looking for. My go to store.

I pre-ordered and within an hour received an email that my stuff was ready to be picked up. The staff were friendly and had what I ordered was ready for me.
