When I visited Sydney, I am glad I came here for dinner one day. The food was yummy. I had not had south Indian food for a really long time and the place absolutely did justice to fulfil my cravings. Wish I had the chance to visit again. Every food we had here was delicious. The place is clean and has plenty of parking in the underground Wilson parking area.
There is also a lot of indoor and outdoor space for seating.

Parking: if you are visiting this place, please make sure to park in the underground Wilson parking just below the restaurant. After you finish your meal, you can get an access card from the restaurant which allows you to tap the card to exit and you don’t have to pay any parking fee. This was extremely helpful as you can enjoy your meal and do not have to be mindful of the time you spend here.

Best south Indian restaurant chain in Australia. Love the ghee roast paper dosa, and the mini tiffin combo.

Love the unlimited breakfast buffet too, it's definitely my go-to place at least once a fortnight.

I LOVED IT 😊 - thought I’d died and gone to heaven - thought I was back in India (the Good memories!) - onion masala dosa came as a triangle with sambar, lentils and white and green stuff all delish - masala chai was also a win with good ginger and maybe pepper taste. Lovely Indian maidens swanning around - not paying attention to tables - if I waved long enough one would eventually come over - pudubot robot delivery ’thank you for waiting - your order is on … one’ (top shelf to take from). QR code scan to order but couldn’t pay - had to go to counter where I added some Kaju Katli (cashew barfi) for another $10. Have to come back - pity it’s outta my home district …

The food is amazing. They have a wide variety of dosas we tried cheese and paneer butter masala dosa with butter milk and it all was fresh and yummy.
The service is also good and fast will definitely return again soon.

My sad little photo doesn't do this place justice--I was too busy eating to take more 😅. We went for the lunch buffet and I've never had anything like it before. You definitely get a good bang for your buck and can load up on a decent selection of delicious food. And they come around with fresh baked bread options frequently, which is just the cherry on top.
My only regret is that I was too full to really go Level 10 Glutton.

What we ordered:
- Mysore Dosa
- Chilli Bajji
- Mini Idli Sambar
- Masala Tea
- Lemon Lime & Bitters

Cost: $50++

Food & drinks were great it’s just that sometimes the servers are not so attentive when we try to call them but other than that, everything’s ok. Will definitely come back for more.

The food is absolutely delicious. I ordered lots of food to try out as it was my first time visiting the place. The Mysore Masala Dosa was extremely delicious. Idly is moist and perfect. Sambar and Coconut chutney were spot on.
But don't make a mistake, which I did. Don't order North Indian food at South Indian Restaurant 😂.
I was shocked to have an extremely different style of Dahi Bhalla, and it definitely wasn't Delhi style. Also, their ginger chai is really good.
It is a perfect place to visit if you're craving for the best South Indian food.

I had a wonderful experience with Sarvana Bhavana at Paramatta Sydney. I was travelling to Sydney for official reason and was worried about Vegetarian food. They truly give you food of your choice. Wonderful staff and great tasting food. Must try

Located on Phillip Street Parramatta. Authentic south Indian restaurant. Beautiful, ambient interiors and comfortable seating. Scan QR code for the menu. The staff are friendly. We ordered medhu vada with sambar chutney and masala tea. Food tasted great and was of excellent quality. Also available are numerous sweet and dessert items. Takeaway option available. Highly recommended for quality vegetarian food and south Indian delicacies.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic vegetarian restaurant, and I must say it was an exquisite experience. As a vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for restaurants that offer a wide variety of food, and this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

First and foremost, the ambiance was inviting and cozy. The restaurant had a warm and earthy decor that immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations and accommodating dietary preferences with a smile.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu boasted an impressive array of vegetarian dishes, ranging from classic comfort food to innovative and exotic southindian

What sets this restaurant apart is its commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You could taste the quality and care in every bite. They also offer a great selection of wines and beers that pair wonderfully with the food.

To conclude, this vegetarian restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine vegetarian dining. Whether you're a dedicated vegetarian or simply looking to explore options, you'll find something to love here. The combination of delightful ambiance, knowledgeable staff, and exceptional food makes it a culinary gem in the world of vegetarian cuisine. I can't wait to return and savor more of their delectable offerings.

[Not sponsored by HSB] Btw they have a RESTROOM, but it is a bit far from the hand wash, beyond the kitchen. You can catch a glimpse of their kitchen though. PARKING is available on the street and plenty of secured parking nearby at fixed prices starting at $12. Parking on the street is free on public holidays.

This review is for people who would like to explore Tamil cuisine. I can relate to the feeling where you want to try a new cuisine but don't want to end up at a restaurant where the food isn't authentic plus you regret paying so much for a food you didn't like.

HSB is a very popular vegetarian restaurant in south india esp Tamilnadu. So it's a no-brainer to visit this place when you are craving for idly, dosa, vada, pongal, sambar, chutney, filter coffee, etc.

We went in here for the first time. Were looking forward to having the breakfast buffet but unfortunately it isn't available during public holidays and weekdays. What a bummer!

As we arrived we were given a table. Scanned the QR code to access the menu app and placed orders from it. You can place orders for multiple items and pay altogether at the counter near the exit. Add items and click on your table number on the left to confirm the order.

We ordered :

Channa (chola) batura - 5/5
Taste and quantity was spot on 👌

Parotta and gravy with white chutney - 4/5
Taste and quantity was good. Parotta felt a little thick and heavy.

Paper roast - 4/5
Dosa was good size. But the chutneys were less in quantity. Little more of the white chutney and sambar would be nice.

Watermelon juice - 5/5
My kid loved it!

Filter coffee - 4/5
I wanted more sugar. Had mentioned it while ordering but they didn't bring.

Masala Tea - 4/5
It was for wifey. She felt the proportion of milk was more.

STAFFS : Are courteous!

We will visit this place again 👍

I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone seeking an exquisite South Indian dining experience. It's a culinary journey that captures the essence of the region and leaves you craving for more.
The service by Jyoti, Rohit and Simran was impeccable. They were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also eager to offer recommendations based on personal preferences. They made sure that every dish was served promptly and with a smile. The attention to detail and customer satisfaction truly stood out.

Great food and quick service. The place is quite busy at most times. We had to scan in to be in the que. It was worth the wait as the food was just amazing. The mysore masala dosa is a treat in itself. Will definitely come back.
