Was able to locate accessories I needed for my security system and audio needs. Though the staff were busy, they were able to reach the products stored above, and process my payments within a few minutes. (Didn't have to wait in the normal queue)

Best store ever!!! I have been shopping here for few times, the experiences are unforgivable. The store is big and neat; the prices are reasonable and there are usually very big sales on the products. Most importantly, the staff are always so responsible, friendly, and generous!!! (I have no idea why I don’t review this lovely store earlier)❤❤❤

I came to this store couple of times thinking to buy iPad Air and all accessories . This morning I came to the store again and wants to approach the short lady but she looks irritated.
Thankfully I found ned and his such a good man ,
He helps me with everything and gave me a good deal .. 🙂 was so happy now that finally ,
I’m able to give my present to my husband that I know he can use for his preaching at church ..

Got a new Google Pixel 8 on Saturday 2/12. Daniel helped me out through the whole process in setting me up with Telstra, porting my old number over. I left the store with everything already set up. Very impressed with how much effort he put into customer service. He deserves a pay raise

Jake from the Parramatta store had given me the best service. He had extensive product knowledge, assistance and patience. Purchased a coffee machine and he displayed the best assistance. Will be returning.

JB is a pretty consistent franchise. You've been to one, you've been to them all. Did you know vinyl LPs are back in fashion, but at an exorbitant price? 80+ bucks an album, like WTAF! And no more curved TVs! Boo. The guy at the gate looked a bit above average grumpy, be nice if he had a personality. Evs.

It was great. The lady helped me to get the BT speaker, and billing was also very quick. Staff are super supportive, and it's always full of stock.

I visited the Parramatta store today and was served by the store manager Omar. He was helpful patient and knowledgeable. I
would highly recommend his store.

Good place for all electronic needs. They are pretty quick in terms for order and pickup.

They have the best service and after sales service... price match option so even you have bought the product and you find it cheaper you can ask them for price match...

I was at JbHIFI Parramatta Westfield branch on Monday 20/11/23 around 5:30 pm. The store was crowded due to Black Friday sale. I waited for 15 mins and then was served by Calvin. At first, Calvin apologised for the wait which was very polite of him and then bought the S22 phone that I was after. He also helped me in purchasing 2 * headphones and the charger for S22. He was also kind enough to price match of S22. Calvin's attitude and enthusiasm was amazing and I would rate him 11/10 for customer service.

Big variety store for technology and homeware. Big selection and plenty of staff to assist. I personally like JB 👍👍👍

Slightly unusual location being in the middle of the food court but otherwise large enough store with some home elements too such as microwaves, vacuums and air purification/ fans.

Had a family member who was served by the gentleman at the counter named Royce and was told he was not only extremely fast but also very helpful. Got the pleasure to be served by him the other day and without a doubt he does not disappoint.

Customer service was great. Variety was great. Alot of people in store which proves its popularity.

Its very friendly and healpfull staff. Little bit expensive I think. Variation of products are there. You can select lessurely.
It was a good experience.
