Kmart Belmont VIC

I received excellent service from a staff member called Sally. She took the time to check on an item I couldn't find, and when it eventuated that this store had none in stock, she rang Waurn Ponds, was put on hold for quite some time and then requested the item be held for me to collect. An example of terrific customer service.

Click and collects are always easy there. The peoples at that counter are so helpful even when busy and fast.
The store is always clean and people doing their jobs well.

In kmart today I experienced old fashioned customer service by a young lady called Nicole,she went out of her way to help us,she found an item we wanted and came chasing after us,her dedication to customer service is very refreshing

Absolutely amazing store other than the moment you step in the door on this last visit there was three female staff members gathered at the entrance to the store gas-baging and blocking half of the walk way and it totally wasn't a work conversation! It is an absolutely amazing store though big bright and the selves are fully stocked. the toy section is full of a great range and feels bigger than the whole Corio store which hardly has any toys in stock on the best of day if Corio is your local I recommend if you can make the trip to Belmont you won't be disappointed in the stock selection especially if you have children! And it's 24 hours!

10/10 took car of my car straight away. Where super sweet and super kind would recommend

Kmart Belmont is the best establishment I have ever been to. I prefer this one over the other Kmarts as it is 24/7 and has very kind staff. A nice red haired young girl often helps me at the self serve I believe her name is a desert. I definetly recommend their services.

24 hrs opened Kmart, well displayed and well stocked. Very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located.

The best Kmart in Vic, always friendly. I am a big fan and find this store is handy for me and open 24hrs. Being able to buy stuff for home/work in the evening is just brilliant as I have a lot of shopping & supplies I need for my work lace. The staff are so friendly and know my face when I come in.

Trust me If i get a job just for selling and watching products there then this would be my Dream job, I am afraid of rejections as people won't get job there easily .
A very beautiful place for Shopping Lovers opens 24 Hours. And till date i have purchased so many products from there . Here you will find lots of love from the staff as they are working very hard . Best place for Shopping Lovers ❤.
They have a online portal as well where you can order the items and can be picked from the counter . I am big fan of Kmarts ❤❤

Great store with heaps of stock at very cheap prices but if you go you need a trailer because you walk out with heaps of clearance items and dollar things but it’s good value for money you can get 3 bags full of clearance items for under $50

Kmart is great heaps of low cost variety of items always cheap and good they have very cheap kitchen stuff nice to bedding blankets etc,heaters , decoration ideas are really cheap and nice stuff fake plants picture all that sort of thing are great , towels are nice and cheap to ,they don't sell TVs or whitegoods or DVDs anymore or DVD players that's only thing , they sell mobile phones that are fairly cheap low cost phones always good 👍

Plenty of choice in all aspects of their merchandise. Spacious & very clean organised shelves makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

What an amazing store. Plenty of variety, cheap and friendly staff. We bought over 500 dollars of stuff and sheesh I thought the cashier would cringe but no she put it all through and then we didn't have enough money for everything she was amazing and so nice.

The ladies that work here wer absolutely great I rang them to ask about raincoats for girls they had already taken all the stock off the shelves but two ladies went out the back and dug through boxes to find some raincoats that would suit my daughter can't thank them enough for the effort and the lengths that they went to in order to help me

They have an amazing pet section and my friend georgie works there and she is very lovely and helpful I definitely recommend working there
