Sydney Tools Tuggerah

Today I got excellent service from a gentleman Scott Lang, who works in the service of fixing tools department. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for 2024.
Also his college that works in the dispatch section was also very helpful aswell. So thank you also Mark Hudson.
Both these men have very good knowledge of the Sydney Tools Tuggerah store.
Again excellent service by both men, so thank you too both of you.

One of the The best customer service experiences I’ve had. I attended the Tuggerah store and got served by Luke who had great knowledge of the product and helped me find the best deal and product for my use. When he realised he didn’t have the item required in stock he liaised with the Alexandria store to get the item delivered to me.

Would like to mention my experience at your Tuggerah store. I had the privilege of dealing with an employee Scott, but he's outstanding customer service and knowledge is a credit to your company well done Sydney Tools.

Walk into the tuggerah store and was greeted by Christian the store manager.
He was very professional and knew what he was talking about when it came to product knowledge of the Husqvarna K970 Concrete saw.

Custom service was well above 5 stars. John was able to direct and assist with all the tools and equipment required for the job at hand. He also gave great advice on how we as a Business are able to send in our orders through for more time efficient to just pick up. The shop was a easy layout and the staff were all appreciable and nothing was a hassle. Highly recommended.

Seldom do I write a review on customer service , as these days there is not much around. However, I feel the need to thank Josh, and all the other members of the Tuggerah Sydney Tools Store. Their dedication to assisting customers such as myself are second to none. They are all professional, with exceptional knowledge on all the products they stock. Nothing is an issue to them when it comes to explaining what products are capable of, and their friendly nature makes the customer such as myself come back time and time again. The Tuggerah team are without a doubt the best Sydney Tool store in NSW!

I was very happy with the service I received at Sydney Tools Tuggerah, I went in with photos on my phone from my son which were from another shop I discovered. John was so helpful, sorted out my whole list, gave me a great discount and offered to carry everything to the car for me. I am definitely recommending this tool shop and will continue to shop there in the future.

Legendary service here, extraordinary after sales service, I have come in after buying tools with small issues and the boys here have sorted me out on the spot.

Grant and Bryce here are absolute legends, grant is a little bit better than Bryce because he's an absolute out of this world mastermind on tools, but Bryce does better bulk deals for me so I tend to like him better.

I've spent thousands at the Tuggerah store purely because of the service from the blokes mentioned above.

I have been a customer of Sydney tools Tuggerah since they have opened, I have found them beyond helpful and even went to the extent of ordering a number non standard products that I need to complete my projects, I constantly call last minute to rush orders through and within a great time frame they either deliver my products to my house or ready to pick up.
If they could stock everything I need for my projects including fasteners and aluminium extrusions it would be a one stop shop.

I highly recommend a visit you won’t be disappointed

I could not have been happier with the friendly and professional service I received on my recent visit to this store... I turned up late in the afternoon half expecting them to be closed, but when I entered the 3 staff at the front of the store were accommodating and helpful, especially as I wasn't completely sure on which tools I needed to buy... great advice and awesome service! I wish I could do all my Christmas shopping here... 100% recommend

Sydney tools tuggerah hands down would have to be one of the best tools stores on the Central Coast. Ive never felt more welcome and looked after. The team are always these to help and even helped me carry my new tools to my vehicle. They have a great selection of tools and everything is well layed out and easy to find Thank you to Josh for your customer service and knowledge. The team are just fantastic.

Is an unbelievable place, full of the most professional tools and most impressive for the unusual tools and sizes of everything.
I highly recommend to the clever people that like the highest quality.
