Giant Tuggerah

I recently had a problem with the dropper poston my new Downhill Trance bike .
Without hesitation Colin from the store said they would look at it and it was fixed under warranty.
When the bike was finished they checked everything and noticed that there was another problem that would be fixed with a module and the part had to come from Melbourne and they would ring me when fixed.
At all times the team kept me informed and rang me when it was ready.
They are so friendly and helpful and I always go there for my bikes.

Bought a giant reign pro advanced from the team at cycology and I can’t thank them enough for the experience. Called about a bike that want available and they didn’t have in stock and just let them know if they found one to call me. 45 minutes later they have secured me a bike. Thanks to Col and the mechanic team for going above and beyond to solve the constant creaking of my bottom bracket after it was fitted with new bearings. They went completely over the bike, sorted all the potential issues and presented me with a silent solid machine. All gratis as a follow up service. Couldn’t ask for more. Cheers guys.

Thank you to Tyler for taking the time explaining the workings of my new bike. Tyler is a young guy who is very knowledgeable and rides the bikes as well, so he has real life experience. EOFY sale prices were very competitive compared to other stores.
I took my new bike back after a few months and Barney fixed the problem on the spot, no bother or charge. He also offered to help again if the issue resurfaced.

I've been a customer of Cycology Bicycles (same staff/owner and newly rebranded to Giant Tuggerah) for more than 12 years. Before the rebrand, Cycology had been is a company operating on the Central Coast for 25 years which is no easy task, so they're doing something right.

Barney and his team always go above and beyond to provide excellent service and support to customers. Walking into the completely refitted store today was nothing short of incredible. Well done, guys!

Simple loyalty thing for me. The store owner replaced a light (and did not really have to) for my young bloke, which he had saved for for 3 months I suppose....

Great guys to deal with. Barney and Ian always look after me really well. I've bought approximately 10 bikes over the last 5 years and never had a problem ever. Always do a great deal and always have the bike I need in stock.

Great staff, and really helpful advice for a bike upgrade. Honestly, I don't know why these guys get 1 star! I guess customers can be difficult and/or rude themselves. I've been into Cycology numerous times and all the staff have been amazing.

Bought a Giant Reign 2021 from Hadleys Cycles, so many problems in a space of a month. Returned the bike to Hadleys 3 times to fix the problem from the Central Coast. Brought the bike to Cycology and the bike was fixed in under 10 min. Many parts were loose and not greased, which Barney fixed for me free of charge.

Highly recommended taking your bike for a service or buying a bike new here. I've had Giants for years and never had a problem. I was almost ready to sell this bike after my experience with Hadleys Cycles Lambton. Barney turned that all around and I'll be back to get my bike serviced here or buy my next Giant bike as I always have done in the past.

The Gents from “Cycology Tuggerah” are amazing. No request I have made to customise my ride is ever too much trouble or ridiculous. I have waited thirty-five years for the beautiful bike I have now purchased from and put together just for me by the team and to say I am chuffed is an understatement.

Just serviced a 2010 giant with these guys, running great, shifting nicely again. Have used a bunch of different places on the Coast over the years. Good price, quality and turnaround time by comparison.

Great KNOWLEDGE! We are buying bikes for our family for Christmas. A daunting mission without any knowledge. The boys at Cycology were very patient as they explained the difference in the bikes and their components. They then allowed us to ride them to make sure we liked them. Thank you!
