Second to none for customer service. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff that jump to your aid as soon as you enter. Products are quality and reasonably priced.

Congratulations to the young sales girl in the shop today on her customer service. She approached me within seconds of entering the shop and offered assistance. She certainly knew her stuff and where to find it in the shop. A real credit to Jaycar and she should be proud of her initiative. Well done.

i went into jaycar today. i left (sadly) after experiencing the best customer service from an employee named "Wade". i think about wade everyday. i think about how he changed my life for the better; by really listening to me as a customer & making me feel seen. id visit jaycar everyday to see wade (if it wasnt weird). thank you jaycar!

Jaycars staff are amazing! I went in to buy a part for a recliner chair and although they didn't sell it I was assisted to purchase from a reputable online store. After delivery I needed a further part and again I was given prompt attention by jaycars staff.
Thanks for making a situation less stressful!

I will travel 45 mins to goto Jaycar Electronics. One of the few physical stores left that you can buy all the little switches and buttons and electronic parts you need to build/ modify your electrical gear. I love to tinker, and this is my goto shop if I need something quickly

I visited jaycar tuggerah today with multiple questions on uhf installation. James, an employee of jaycar tuggerah went out of his way to help me. I can not thank him enough. Management should be very pleased if All the staff are as knowledgeable and helpful as James is and was. Thanks again..

Absolutely fantastic place for anything electronic got a VHS to DVD cord and disc their and the customer service was amazing as soon as I got into the door their was a man who had helped me out straight away. Highly recommended

Frequently use this JayCar store at tuggerah , all staff are helpful and I usually walk out of there happy with shyte that i didnt go in for as its Sooooo interesting But Aaron is great , he probably knows im a bit of a deadhead when it comes to tech stuff but he always politely shows me in detail and explains in basic terms what an item im buying is best used for without all the tech B/S ......... wonderful help Thank-You to all.

When you walk in your greeted by someone to help you, great selection of electronics and gadgets, if they cannot help you they will direct you to a shop that will. Very helpful, Reasonable and fair prices
