Julia was amazing!!! Fantastic service. I couldn’t fault her amiable and friendly disposition towards me. Chatty, knowledgeable and one of this people who draw others towards them.

The exhibition was fantastic and well placed. Well done BMCC. Impressed.

It was buzzing! I went to see the exhibition and my friend grabbed a coffee, I snuck a sip and it tasted great!

It's in the same building as the library. So after exhausting yourself in research you can have a lovely light morning tea or lunch. Every thing is home made and fresh.

A great place to enjoy coffee & delicious food especially on a rainy day!

J'adore cet endroit, de quoi vous plaignez-vous ? Leur lait mousseux et leurs chocolats chauds étaient mes préférés quand j'étais jeune. Mes parents ont aussi apprécié le café, les gars, soyez plus positifs !

Classy, roomy. Yet has polished concrete and no soft surfaces to absorb sound - such as no timber, carpet, books (Library is next door)... everything is a continual din and echo chamber.

Metal on metal in the food preparation area screws with my 24/7 tinnitus.
I met here for a professional meeting - but that was not going to happen when I could not understand anything said around me.

I enjoyed the coffee and the staff were very friendly.

Love this place. My husband and I are regulars. Would rate this five star, however the coffee has been replaced by another brand. This new coffee is bitter and unpleasant. Please bring back the old brand of coffee.

What is happening to this place???!!!! It used to be sooo good that we made it our regular destination for lunch or coffee. But, for the last 6 to 8 months (maybe more...) we have noted a decline in customer service; they take ages to take the order and provide the service; the quality of the food has deteriorated; they always seem to run out of food; some staff do not seem to want to be there (never smile...); and some look a bit unhygienic. I could go on with more detailed descriptions but prefer not to. This was our favourite place which we visited on a weekly basis or sometimes more often, and the place where we were happy to bring our visitors and recommend to others. So I avoided it for quite a while but went there last week... I felt angry and sad because it hadn't improved. Please do something!!!
