Katoomba Village

Well located and very neat and tidy. It has access for wheel chairs as well as the stairs. Restrooms are also very tidy.

Had a chance to see a bit of Katoomba while on a quick getaway for the UTA run. Great cafes, the brewery was excellent & there's lots of little shops to potter and browse around.
We had a late dinner at Boss noodles one night as everywhere else was closed. Lucky for us as it was delicious & great pre run carb loading! And Pomegranate cafe for post run brekkie was lush. Highly recommend both places. Lots of antique stores which I'm not usually into, but had some good finds

Katoomba is sooo good because it was not fixed up over the years by experts planners and politicians. The sad community centre is the one appalling eyesore in a romantic precious beautiful streetscape .

Who doesn't love the Blue Mountains?
The village feel is great and so many cafe's and shops to idle away the hours.
The scenery is breathtaking over the mountain ranges. I love the whole area so much to see and do and the fresh air is bountiful.

Beautiful walks from easy grades to hard. Heaps of waterfalls, cascades, flora and faunas.
After the walks, ( in summer)you can cool yourself with fresh fruit juices, iced coffee and other cold drink whims and (in winter) hot chocolates, coffee, tea or soups from the numerous shops that lined up on the streets or some little nooks in the village.

Weird layout but grease trap doesn't fill the air with a bad smell like Woolworths stores does and they have an amazing selection, I just miss the clothing they used to have in store.

Very nice to visit this area

Just a stopping place to refresh if you are a tourist.

I like how it's not too crowded wish I lived there.

Great Blue Mtns Pharmacy, Coles, Liquorland, Go Vita and Sushi counter. Everyone serving is always lovely. One stop shop.

Lovely tourist town with some amazing shops and places to eat. Having had Melbourne as my stomping grounds for several years, I can honestly say the cafés, bakeries and restaurants here give any in the big city a run for their money.

The weather in July was so cold but, the people I met here in this area were mostly so nice. Yeah, now I like this place and would like to visit again if I have a chance next time!

Quaint, but difficult to find food after 3pm

Cute little shopping mall. Has the necessities, bathroom facilities, supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop and a few other little stores. The main street is also a lovely walk, a very large antique shop which I could have spent half a day in looking around.

Always a bit of heaven. Clean air, cafes, art galleries, second hand books and nicknacks to browse, a pleasure to walk around.
