Very cute and homely place. The hot chocolate and cake was so yummy. It felt like you were at your grandmas house for afternoon tea!!

I am in love with this place 😍 We went on a rainy day but it didn’t ruin our experience. In fact, it made it even better because the hot drinks we ordered just complimented the season we were in and it was just perfect! 🤩 This is also a good place to buy your delicacies to take home to your country. They have good quality chocolates! We bought about five bars to take back to Canada and my coworkers loved it 🥰 definitely worth visiting after going to Three Sisters 👍🏻

Amazing place and worth going spot if you visit Katoomba. The variety and flavors of chocolates offered is adorable. All the chocolates prepared by them. The staff is really friendly. The big thick chocolate shake is a good value for money. The place is surrounded by a number of guest houses and is an easy walk from the bus stop.

Pricey but really nice hot chocolate. Deep and rich flavour.

I visited the Chocolate Company after a long hike in the Blue Mountains for some well-deserved chocolates. They were absolutely delicious, with multiple flavors to choose from, and a lot of gluten-free options. Plus, you can have a look at the production workshop throughout the glass wall, I really liked it!

If you’re in the area, you have to try the hot chocolate here! First time I went, I sat outside while watching the rain, and had this amazing hot chocolate, which comes with its own candle to keep it warm. It’s a whole experience you wouldn’t want to miss out on.

This place is famous for its choccy shakes, and BOY did they deliver. These voluptuous thiccshakes were tasty, had the right amount of chocolate to make it rich but not too rich, and were dummy thicc. They really lived up to their expectations, and the serving size is definitely respectable. Coming in at a whopping 8 bucks, these thiccshakes are not to be messed with, however they are definitely worth the price. The quality scenery and playground outside also adds to the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and nice, and the service was exceptional. All round a 5/5 from me, and I am a harsh critic - Logan, Chief of Field Operations, InDaMedia Ratings.

Small and quaint, it's a small house converted into a shop, but the quality of the food and drink is wonderful and very well presented.

The free tasting is amazing! I thought we'd get flakes but noooo you get proper buttons and real size chocolates to taste and MY GOD they're bloody amazing!!

Hot choc is like liquid gold and Turkish delight is to die for!!!
Also had the chocolate covered dried fig and champagne truffles but the winner here is the iced chocolate! Comes with whipped cream and ice cream and my god it comes in a gigantic cup the size of a bucket!!

First time in Australia. My friend takes me to the blue mountains tour bus. Now I live in Maine USA were we grew up on hot chocolate. I have never had it this good!!! The chocolate mmmmm.... very delicious 😋 😍

this places makes your trip a joyful journey.. you can even ask for tasting as they are very friendly.

Suggested by a friend, we drove all the way for one hour and 15 minutes to have the hot chocolate on a foggy day.

Best hot chocolate ever had and an awesome experience. Small candle below the long cup is top attraction.

The thick shake was amazing and it was huge, definitely share it with someone. The gluten free chocolate cake was dense and rich and chocolatey.

Suggest to walk from Katoomba train station to the Blue Mountains lookout- then stop at this nice small cafe (selling $ chocolates, cakes & coffee) halfway to catch a breath 😅and enjoy the cool air! Very calm and pretty space !

We visited this morning and sadly, their EFTPOS machine was down and we couldn’t buy anything (didn’t have cash). Our little boy was disappointed and started to cry, but the lovely young lady behind the counter saved the day by giving us all little bags of sample chocolates. They were delicious. We will visit again next time. Thank you!

Visited yesterday. Was amazing. Loved the hands on real hot chocolate experience. Great for cool afternoon in the blue mountains. Was busy but we found a table. The waiter asked if we had done this before and showed is what to do. We bought lots of goodies to take home for self and family. Awesome place

I never go to Katoomba without visiting this place!! If you find that your hot chocolate is always too strong or too weak, this is the place for you.
You are given a deconstructed hot chocolate where you add as much or as little as your heart desires. (Don't over do it!)
I used to live in Penrith almost 10 years ago and was elated to find out it was still operating. So naturally, I had to make the drive to show my Queensland friends what a real hot chocolate is.
All the chocolates are made in-house and there is even a viewing window.
The staff are always lovely and it's never too busy.
My only feedback is that they are desperately in need of a furniture upgrade.
