BIG W Katoomba

About 10-12 minutes walking distance from Katoomba station. Excellent collection of clothing items especially winter wear. Reasonable prices and some very cheap. The staff are friendly. They have a vast section of clothing and accessories separate for men women and kids. Assisted and automatic check out options available.

Customer service is outstanding. We went to buy a microwave and there were none left on the shelf. We asked an assistant who checked for stock and got one out of the store. He even carried it to the checkout for us.

I love big W, good prices, good location and friendly staff, but I wouldn't recommend this item as the pink and the black ends split overtime.

I love shopping at this Big W! It has a wide range of stock and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would especially like to acknowledge Silvia, who was really helpful in assisting me in locating an item and answering questions I had about the item. She was very friendly and patient. Overall, I will shop at this Big W again and think it is one of the best places to get high-quality, reasonably-priced products and great customer service!

Nice large shop with a great variety of electrical goods, clothing, household items, computer needs and more.
Good parking and close to Woolworths supermarket, and other main street shops.

Very helping and friendly staff. Today we bought bikes from there , one of the bike had issue with the stand. the lady in the store front and a security guard served us and helped us as much as they can. Thy were very professional and know how to make customers happy🙂

On Saturday morning I bought a tv and tv wall mount. The sales assistant was most professional and helpful. Not only did she give good advice, she also carried the tv with another assistant to the door! I was most impressed! Highly recommended. Great local staff. Thanks.

Got a warm freaking sweatshirt for $3!! Also great shoe deals, and found some generic medicine to help a cough and fever I had. Big W might be better than Walmart in the US (as an American, I can say that)

Cheap quality stuff. Good staff... All in masks & follow social distance to the letter. Wheelchair accessible & underground car parking. What more could ya want.

Awesome big and varied things to buy and get your clothes sorted as it did turnout a nice place to get thermals even though you are far away from nearby suburbs

great i love stealing things are genuinely up for grabs walk in walk out easy as f, this store has keept me unemployed because of no need for money when i can just enter this outlet for goods

Staff here are exceptional especially Steven from deliveries who went over and above to get my orders ready for my hospitalised father at Blue Mountains hospital as I was interstate and he was not allowed visitors. THANKYOU BIg W Katoomba.

I commend the patience of Osgar in the Technology department this morning. I wanted some hard copy photographs and simply could not handle the technology (I'm 75); and would never have made it without his assistance.
