ALDI

A huge thank you to Rowan at Aldi Katoomba. I left my sunglasses somewhere in the store on Boxing Day. Rowan found them and when I called in today by total chance I asked Rowan and he knew exactly what I was talking about. He couldn't find them immediately but phoned me within a few minutes to say he had them. I am so grateful, amazing service.

As a autistic person i dont like going grosery shopping, it is very overwellming and emotionaly draining. But this aldi has changed my mind. The lights are not too strong, its not too loud, the staff are nice and willing to help if you ask but otherwise will leave you alone, and the layout just makes sence to me. I would defefwntly recomend to anyone.

Also its cheaper then woolies

Wide aisles, enough cashiers available, fresh salads, wide selection of dinner options and a self-service facility ensured a very quick and satisfying shopping experience.

About 1230om today walked out from checkout holding my wallet . Aldi guy calls out excuse me . I’d dropped a credit card ! This saved me untold grief and strife . Soooo grateful ! Before that the checkout guy was having a lovely chat to a customer all while efficiently scanning . The person asked him if he could slow down the scanning so they could pack as scanner . He did !

Aldi is always a fabulous place to shop for good quality products at a reasonable price. Of course, at the moment (COVID-19), shelves are not full.

A young employee, Oscar, was very helpful and the store was a pleasure to be at

Just been there around 2 pm. We were on number 1 The young lady on the cashier was fantastic, she was so helpful as we spent over $500 and she even helped t unpacking and re packing into the shopping bag. I am very short , I can’t even reach the bottom of the trolley, so I need to put all small things into the shopping bag

Always delicious foods at Aldi. Staff friendly and helpful, great shopping at Aldi. As they say: good, different.

I would like to appreciate and acknowledge the performance and professionalism of Caitlan as I believe she has gone above and beyond when looking after her customers. She is a prime example of great quality service and a reason why people should be shopping at Aldi.

She is an exceptional staff member and I believe she deserves some recognition for her outstanding service.

Love Aldi Katoomba. Great variety and great prices. I can do all my grocery shopping here, excepting a couple of items which I still have to purchase from ripoff merchants Woolworths and Coles. Actually having proper checkouts with friendly staff is a bonus. Also people in the queue are friendly and helpful. People will offer for you to go in front of them if you've only got a few items. I always look to see what other people are buying and usher them in front of me when I'm doing a larger weekly shop.

Downside is that despite having a revamped carpark with two toilets, one of which is coded for staff (Aldi and other businesses who operate out of the building), the single customer toilet is permanently locked and has been for months. This is very unfair and as I have a disabled partner we've often had to discontinue our shopping and drive to Coles to use the toilets there. Very inconvenient as the Aldi toilets are right beside the Disabled Parking spot but are NEVER unlocked. Please fix this Aldi.

Very kind and helpful staff. Huge choices of multiple goods for low prices! I prefer Aldi worldwide! Unique for australia: Liqueurs are sold too, vines and whiskies etc.!

I always leave here with more than I went in for!

First visit since store has been refurbished, it was a quit day so plenty of parking and room in the store. Checkout was easy with the employee being very courteous. I think the newer layout is better, user friendly and access to products.

Well facilitated- parking access- reasonable price

Much improved since their renovations in recent times. Staff are always helpful!

Perfect , all the item s in Bathurst that was low in stock , Katoomba had an abundance of , Very Happy , AAA

Like the New Look, starting to formulate layout so lost some Katoomba character but easier to find items if u used to going to other Aldi stores. Surprised they both, got Alcohol Licence and its even worthwhile? SO many alcohol outlets already in a small place?

Newly renovated, this Aldi supermarket in katoomba has everything you are looking for.
Even that nice bottle of wine for in front of the fire. The staff are very engaging and lovely, and are willing to help you with anything.
If you are up for a weekend, holiday or local like me try it out sometime you might just be surprised and save some money also.
