Bridal Veil Lookout

It’s a one off the most beautiful lookouts near Leura . You can go for short 20 min bush walk , which is suitable for young kids . Plenty to see . Not so busy like the other ones near Katoomba . You an see green parrots 🦜 and other birds if you careful and quiet 🤫. Great place to be !

Amazing views of the waterfall. Here you can take trails to echo point, into the village, or down into the valley where you can venture to scenic world or climb up the giant steps. Would recommend to anyone because as pretty as the valley is the waterfall is definitely a highlight reel of the entire park!!

Astonishing views!!! Bridal Veil Lookout is a 1km, grade 3 hike located in the Blue Mountains National Park, New South Wales. is easily accessible via Cliff Drive, Leura. At the base of a staircase, the lookout provides great views of Bridal Veil Falls. Highly recommended!!!

A pretty scary lookout to access if you're there for the 1st time. But after a while, you will be mesmerized by the breathtaking view while looking down. The viewing area is quite small so if there is a crowd, you may not have space to go down. Avoid peak period if possible, and you will not regret coming here! Highly recommended to visit!

Fantastic view from the lookout in the bottom of the waterfall. This is a specifically interestingly shaped waterfall, not commonly seen in the area.

Amazing views, waterfalls with crystal clear water are great! some parts of the trail to echo point are narrow, but we made to the end (3 hours with stops).
Stairs are steep sometimes.
Only thing i can't understand why people would throw tissues and bottles around, ok you have sweat and running nose, but take your waste with you to the proper bin please, we are guests here and supposed to treat nature with respect.

Bridal Vale Lookout is worth the short walk. The track down is fairly easy. The views of the waterfall, valley and cliff faces are amazing and the air is so fresh. I could here for hours.

Great place! Usually a nice waterfall and one of the best lookouts to see it. Came here growing up with my mum and dad, and still come to this day!

This is one of my favorite look outs! Even on the weekends you have a good chance of being alone here with an amazing view

Off the trail a bit but stunning views of the waterfall, especially seeing as part do the track to bridal veil lookout is closed. Absolutely loved it!

Breathtaking views from both above and opposite the bridal veil lookout. Only a short 10min walk from parking the car or can be part of a longer cliff walk.

Worth it for all the walk up here to look at this. Must really force out the potential of your imagination to see what the ancestors seen.

Should come before afternoon, the waterfall over shadowed by the cliff above. And also come after the rain, as there'll be more water flow.

Be careful during the summer months, we saw 2 snakes across paths on our walk, I believe one was a brown and one a green.

Nice easy walk with a great view, plenty of places to stop and relax. Good walk for children and parents. The view is really nice with the waterfall. Unfortunately the loop track is closed due to an upgrade but still worth the walk.

Beautiful! I takes around 40 min to walk from the Leura cascades picnic area, which is very nice as well. The views when you get to the lookout are stunning! It's a reasonably easy walk as well.

Fun little walk, heaps of gates at the moment because of maintenance. Although we didn't see anything happening behind the gates whwn we where there ;)
