Barbeques Galore Auburn

Just returned from BBQ Galore Auburn and wanted to show and share my gratitude to the team who assisted me with the purchase of my new Ziggy Elite 3 Burner BBQ. Their product knowledge and advice was great, not to mention the great deal on offer.

My wife wanted the gunmetal grey but they only had the red in stock in the LPG version, so Eddie swapped it out from a natural gas unit. No issues and now happy wife.

I had a problem with my gift card that I purchased via the QANTAS shop, but again no problems, the guys validated it in store.

I highly recommend the service, knowledge and support from the team and will be returning to purchase more items to compliment my new Ziggy and other items in store.

A well deserved 5 star, and that is only due to the amazing “Eddy”. He made me feel very welcomed and took care of me very well! When I came to pick up my BBQ from auburn it was missing one of the extras I ordered! He personally came to deliver it to my house 40 minutes away, a week later when the item arrived to the store! That man deserves a promotion or pay rise! Great employee!

My father and I had the best customer experience at Barbeques Galore today in Auburn! Raymond is an asset to this business because he went above and beyond to cater for our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides genuine advice. Raymond is amazing in his approach & very supportive. This store is highly recommended. Have been buying quality BBQs here ever since it opened... our family and friends. Back again last weekend for a cover for the magnificent Ziegler&Brown BBQ cooker which is our own Butler's Kitchen in our backyard.
We use it several times a week.. not just as a BBQ.. but as an oven to roast meat, fish and poultry.
Cooks an amazing Rainbow Trout to perfection in just 20 minutes under the hood.
Anyway.. our BBQ is now well protected with the excellent fitted Ziggy cover... check out how well the BBQ looks after at least 150 uses a year... easy to cook...easy to clean...always looks good and the great smells that come out of it drive our guests crazy while they're waiting.
Can't recommend the boys and gals at BBQ Galore enough... always have the time to discuss your needs and issues and get you the best deal.

This is a nice barbeques galore shop with very clean, well displayed barbecues and smokers.
There is a good range of products here from BBQ's and smokers, nice outdoor furniture and consumables such as wood, fire lighters and charcoal. There are lots of accessories such as wipes tongs and tools.
The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

We had Michael (Miguel) serve us today and mate this guy knew what he was talking about amazing customer service, and friendly. The service was that great that Michael even walked us to our car and helped us pack the boxes into our Ute. Now that is what you call a service! Gracias amigo, you’ve been amazing.

Jade and her team was soo helpful. Thank you soo much in looking after me with their recommendations and assistance. My Kamado Joe arrived intact with me able to fire it up that data. Amazing. If you need any thing relating to bbq. The BBQGalore Auburn is the place to go. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and being so patient with my kids. My daughter lost her handbag at your store and you guys not only found it but shipped it back to us without order.
