Dealt with Usman, what an absolute gem. He was honest and patient with us as we chose to buy a premium mattress. With so much choice he was able to articulate all the pros and cons about all that mattresses that was on offer. He also gave us a discount that was nice and the service he offered was impeccable! I would recommend him without doubt.

Me and my wife visit this shop to buy a good mattress as I got back pain caused from current one. In the beginning, we wanted to browse first however when Indrajeet found us and started to assist us, we thought that he is very helpful. Even though we decided to buy one, did not know which one suit for us.
He suggested to test our body with the special machine in the shop and provided us very detailed explanation.
We were very impressed not only the test detail but also his knowledge and advice which mattress we should choose for the good sleep.
So far we bought several mattresses but we have never had a service experienced like he provided.
He even told me that checking the mattress when I get it, it was very thoughtful to the end.
If we need to change our mattress again, we will definitely come back to him and ask him which one we should buy.
Snooze in Auburn is a good shop there are variety brands, products and the best staff.
