Foot Locker

Thank you Javier for your great customer service. Usually, we're turned off by the younger generation working at the mall, because they're usually playing on the phone. Javier greeted us with a smile, came to check on us, and even made sure we knew about the different sales. Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately, I didn't find my receipt until the day after I could leave feedback but someone needed to hear about my experience. Christian M was so helpful from the moment I called when the store opened to when I finally made it into the store. I called to see if a shoe was in stock and he said there was one pair left and he could hold it but not for long. Since I don't live near this store it took me awhile and it was raining like crazy so traffic was bad along with my visibility on the road. I called back to let him know I was in route but it was taking longer than expected and he assured me it was ok. Once I finally made it into the store he confirmed it was him I spoke with and helped me out. After I complained to him about the terrible experience I had on the bridge he even recommended an alternate route so that I wouldn't end up on the bridge. Thank you Christian for making my hour drive a positive experience :)

I went in to Foot Locker today hoping to find a pair of shoes for the gym & the salesmen there are great. Especially, Joey. He gave me multiple options of shoes to choose from & told me which shoes would be the best for the kind of workouts I’m going to be starting in the next week. & I ended up leaving with two pairs & I couldn’t be happier :)
