Bilmar Beach Resort

This was our fifth year staying at Bilmar with a group of friends. As always, the room was clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the tower and the Gulf view from each of the rooms was spectacular and the balcony a nice place to just sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. Housekeeping was always on-time and efficient. Sloppy Joe's Restaurant always provided great meals no matter the time of day and always at a very reasonable price.

I do want to point out the best feature of this hotel (besides the beach): The staff. From top to bottom the staff at Bilmar is top notch. From booking to the reservation desk to restaurant staff and other guest services members, they are all available and ready to help. I've stayed at hotels where the staff seems impersonal and distant, but not so at Bilmar.

Treasure Island has a terrific number of bars, restaurants and shops of all price ranges so you're never wanting for anything.

Over the top resort. We had friends with a condo here and it was gorgeous. Plebeians be warned, this place is for the echelon of high luxury living. I could only dream of owning a place like this. But then again, I prefer a house where I can manage what I do. Oh and you need cards to access the private beach and parking. Very exclusive.

I'm giving all 5-stars but a caveat. Bilmar is an amazing location. The beach is very clean. We had a room with a beach view, balcony, and "kitchen." It was the beachfront premium studio w/balcony. However, the view was partially blocked by the palm trees right in front of the balcony. Not a huge deal.

The staff was very friendly for the most part. There is one front desk employee that is older and she seems crabby and not helpful at all. All of the younger front desk employees helped us. The older, crabby lady just kept her head down most of the time.

Nate is soooo friendly! My kids always asked for a vollyeball and towels and he was very helpful.

If you are bougie, you may not like this hotel, however. It's older and they are always doing some updating/construction it seems. I was here last year at the same time of year as well. But, all in all it's an AMAZING value for a beachfront hotel with many amenities.

I haven't stayed here, but we occasionally visit the bar/restaurant since it's open to the public. The food is good and comes out pretty quick, and they have cheap drink specials if you hit during happy hour/sunset. Perfect location to walk along the beach, watch the sunset, and people watch.

Staff is fantastic and so accommodating. The location is amazing and amenities are so convenient. The rooms are clean, and well kept- You can tell they're older and need some minor touch ups here and there but nothing we couldn't easily overlook. My family and I will most definitely book here again if/when we are in the area.

Excellent place for a family vacation. Close to a Walgreens and a Publix to stock up the full sized fridge to save on snacks and meals (and adult beverages lol). We had a beach view room and a balcony. Pools are heated so if it's chilly you can still swim. Staff was very friendly.

Awesome location! Great rooms with a beautiful beach view! Loved the service and the bar! Did I say, AMAZING LOCATION?!?!!!! Prices were awesome as well!

I wanted to leave a review for this hotel as I had stayed here after loosing my home in a hurricane in 2017. They were accommodating to work with my situation despite all the red tape required paperwork with FEMA. They have made new renovations on the property and haven't been able to afford to come back and stay there due to my financial losses. However when I did stop in to check on prices Viola was working the front desk and was very professional, helpful and efficient at assisting me with future accomodations. I also spoke with the reservations team and hiring manager and they were both very professional and helpful with the request I had for employment with the Bilmar. When I get my money back that has been illegally stolen I would love to come and stay while I'm working on my new project in T.I. Thank you Bilmar and we are better together than divided

Met Chef Bill Artis, great person and personality. Food was amazing. I've been in the business since I was 21 and I'm 68 now and this man is a find. Especially in the Florida market

The rooms were spacious and had a kitchen. Great night sleep with a beautiful beach location. I intend, hopefully, to get married here. That is how much I like this place. Everything about this Hotel resort makes me feel homely, comfortable. Will be back many more times.

Came back for 5 days. Still love this place. Fantastic spot on treasure Island. Had a hard time leaving to go home.

My wife and I came here following a business trip to enjoy a couple days on the beach and ended up extending our getaway because of the experience. There is direct access to the beach, free bikes/umbrellas/boogie boards to use, and it's in walkable distance to numerous restaurants. More than that, the service/hospitality at the Bilmar was incredible. The room staff were available to bring whatever we needed to our room and/or answer any questions promptly. Shawna and Heather went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and stress free. Kudos to the ownership- these ladies are one and a million.

We had a wonderful time at Bilmar. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the beach. We had awesome views. They have 2 pools, one on each end on the property. There is a restaurant in premises called Sloppy Joe's, which has good food and drinks. There is also a bar called Waves that was very nice. Many places within walking distance. I would highly recommend Bilmar Beach Resort.

I've stayed here a few times before. I am always pleased at the service, the cleanliness of the rooms and property, and it is on the beach! All of the staff I have encountered has been wonderful and helpful.

HEATHER is AWESOME!! She truly is a rockstar when it comes to customer service! Hotel is great!

My wife and I stayed here 50 years ago 1973 on our wedding night...so we stayed August 16-18 th 2023 again to celebrate the occasion. Wow your staff was excellent top notch in every way. Everything was beautiful you will always be in our hearts forever.

Clean and friendly. Love the sand sculptors and play equipment. Bicycles for customer use, bar and pool. Right on gulf Beach. Beautiful view.

Great location and nicely updated resort on beach. Reasonable prices for area too. Will definitely be coming back next year again.

Had a few UNWANTED critters for the first few days but, ya know- what do ya do in this case?!

• NO wheelchairs on site- SUPER disappointed about that for sure!! We were promised that one be available for us to use upon arrival. FALSE!!!
• Nice location on the beach.
• Swimming areas were nice too.
• Suggest finding a parking spot early in the afternoon and don’t move your car. LIMITED PARKING-

Was here for a beach wedding. Beautiful location. Great service. Lovely penthouse suite. Will definitely return.

This place was wonderful. We were here for six days and enjoyed every one of them. The staff was great. Treated us like royalty. Two bartenders I have to mention. A young man named Michael and a pretty young ladies named Taylor. I had wonderful conversation with both of them. Such nice people.
