We came to purchase equipment for our boys' (ages 6 and 7) upcoming baseball season. Dominic greeted us and assisted us as we checked items off of our list. His knowledge and experience helped us pick out exactly what our boys needed to start the season off right. Not only would it have taken us much longer to shop, we wouldn't have left as confident as we did with our purchases. In addition to helping 2 parents navigate the sea of gloves, bats, and helmets, Dominic was calm and patient as we asked numerous questions and corralled our 3 kiddos. We'll definitely be looking for him next time we need help.

The staff were amazing, I was greeted when I first walked it. The staff were knowledgeable about the store and where the items I needed were. Staff member Jason look me to what I was looking for and helped me find the right color and size. Very pleasurable experience as always.

I wasn’t able to catch his name but the head manager on 2/17 was extremely cool and helpful. A lady couldn’t find her car and he was a huge help to her. Good guy

It’s a great store, besides having great and good quality products, they have an employee who spoke Portuguese, my mother language. Gui was really helpful, proactive and gentle, thank you for helping me out!

Ian was excellent employee. Was very helpful with exercise bike. Explained everything about the bike. Made sure before loading it would fit in my car. Also that we got the sale price. Loaded the bike in my truck.

Ian in the bike department is just a great fantastic employee always does my friend right who brings it in for his service - I’ll be buying a bike here when I can just to work with Ian when and if it is needed.

They have expanded their pickle ball gear selection a lot.

Huge store that is connected to the Tyrone Mall. Very helpful staff. If you can't find your sporting equipment here it must be specialized gear.

I had an amazing experience with the staff, they went above and beyond to help us get our kayaks. Steve, the store manager made several calls to see that we were able to get delivery. Marie who was the cashier was patience and helpful throughout the process. Eli K. was super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our delivery happened on time also. Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated them. You all deserve recognition for all that you do for the public. It takes a strong team and you guys came through.

I went Into this location on 1 June and while I have Shopped at this sporting goods store multiple times i can honestly say this was probably my best experience. From the moment i walked in i was greeted with smiles from a multiple people consisting of specifically Rachel and Nate E. I then made my way back to the fishing isle as I was in need of a new fishing rod and reel combo and I met a person whom belonged there. A gentlemen named Tony answered my questions regarding what I was looking for and the best possible rod and reel combo they had available. I am by no means an expert fisherman so having an experts advice was something truly helpful. Tony was able to discuss monofilament line vs braided line and also able to talk to me about the correct rod i wanted As i am Looking to catch my son his first shark this summer from the surf. He is a great gem at this store. From this point i needed to go complete my purchase and was fortunate enough to have Nate E. And Rachel assist me. Now i know it usually should only take one person but both of them helped make all the difference especially when i forgot to mention a coupon I had And they had to re-ring the transaction. Nate E. Offered me a credit card and explained all the Values of it but when i declined He said okay and was not pushy at all. Additionally, he offered me a warranty on my both my Rods so if they break i can get reimbursed. I purchased The warranty on my more expensive rod and when i had Questions Rachel was fast to answer. Overall these 3 employees are a gem to this location and truly enhanced my customer experience. If your shopping at this location and run into any of these 3 you won’t be disappointed.

Mike was awesome. Helped tons with fishing. It was me and my girlfriends first time and he was very helpful in getting us the stuff we needed. He even set up the rod for us! Great experience. Thanks to him we got a 15 pound fish.

I went to look for soccer cleats and was one of those people coming back 3xs to try stuff on. “ G” helped me and he was BETOND PATIENT AND SOOOOO KIND!! I even came back a week later to thank him for all of his help. Now this is my go to sports store bc he was so helpful. Thanks G!!

I wish I could give this store TEN stars!! I bought a bike and had the best customer service I have gotten in decades. I especially want to point out the Assistant Manager, Chase. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was a happy customer! I had a great experience and will shop there again! :-)

Got an air hockey table for Christmas for our son. When we put it together it didnt work. Brought it back to find out it was discontinued and no other stores had any available either. Manager was very helpful and friendly and found us an equivalent table for the same price. Very grateful for such great customer service

The store is large. It is always nicely lit, acclimated and clean; not to mention well-stocked and organized. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Each staff member I encountered said hello to me and offered me assistance.

Wow, what a nice new store!!! They have everything in the world you could think of getting. I love the assortment of Yeti cups and accessories. Everyone has been super helpful there when I have asked a question. My only drawback is that items are fairly expensive compared 2 some other places. I look for a Sunday flyer for discounts before I go.

The lady that helped me was very polite and enjoyable... They seem like a well oiled machine... I would prefer them to seem more FUN... I think the manager must be a very business like person, but they are ALL doing a great job!

Josh has been efficient and patient with my instore and online orders every time i go there. As to my observation he is handling a lot of customers requests at once. Props to him
