A ton of selections of shoes, but the great part of my visit? Maelynn. I hope she and her management know that she is a gem. Maelynn showed kindness and patience with me while signing up with the VIP rewards and ringing up the Jessica Simpson shoes that I found. I will definitely come back.

Went there to buy Brooks shoes for work. The employees were super helpful. The store is so big and it can be overwhelming. He took me right there and I was in an out in about a half hour. There also an eco - friendly store. They went bagless. The whole experience was nice.

This is a large DSW! It is not connected to the mall (I couldn’t find the entrance from with the mall anyways) so we had to go out of the mall and then enter through the main entrance / out parcel. We found shoes worthy of buying and it was a success! Photos as of sept 2019.

The staff was amazing, attentive and offering to help me, chatting about the relative merits of my selections, overall wonderful. So sweet. To top it off, I found the perfect shoes. (Steve Madden Varali. Toe straps big enough to fit toes without crunching them together. Heel actually under the correct part of your heel so it actually takes its share of the load instead of being all on the ball of your foot. Both reasons make them so stinking comfortable.)

Note: they open at 10 while the mall opens at 11; there is no mall entrance anyways, so use the doors on the outside of the building.

Outstanding selection of shoes by all the reputable suppliers, many opportunities to save money on your purchase.

Most DSWs I’ve visited are pretty basic. However, this location has very friendly and attentive staff who were helpful. They helped us find my mom the perfect shoe for our event! Then, when we got to the register and I couldn’t access my rewards email (my phone was glitching out), the cashier was very generous to scan the coupon of the day! We left with a great deal and a fab (and comfy! and versatile!) shoe within our budget — ya can’t ask for more than that! :)

Love, love, love this store! AND I can order online and return or swap within the store if needed.

The customer service is absolutely exceptional. I’ve never received such consistently kind, professional and just pleasant service before. And they really make you feel as though your business matters. Michele and Baxter are particular standouts.
Not to mention, they have THE BEST selection of shoes in the area.

Went in one evening with a ton of questions about coupons and Brandy, the young lady working there was able to answer every question and more. She helped me find the shoe I was looking for in my size, by recognizing that they were actually in men's sizes. I left happy with my shoes and saved a ton of money!

Always find something on clearance! Yaaaas!

Great selection, well kept store with clearly marked sections and clean public restrooms. The staff is the perfect balance of helpful and interested, while still allowing you to not feel crowded. The deal my daughter got on her comfortable, high heeled, designer sandals for prom was spectacular. Overall, a postive environment and shopping experience.

I have been buying shoes mostly from this store for many years. Excellent customer service! I don’t mind to drive from another city, because I love the quality of shoes I purchased from DSW and the store have a great shoes selection.

Great place to buy shoes. If I go to buy one pair I usually leave with at least two pairs of shoes. Very clean place and friendly salespeople. Sales personnel was assisting me with one pair of boots for about 30 minutes going back and force to the stock room trying to find a right size for me.
