Great service. They allowed me to do a return with no hassle. The guy was super friendly and helpful. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at their store.

I was at Macy's Tyrone store this morning and just wanted to applaud and thank the great customer service I received in the Lancome cosmetics department from Gloria and the Dior department from Jeanie. Both were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. You could tell they enjoy their job and interacting with customers. Look forward to my next visit back!

Stellar customer service still exists but you have to drive to Macy's Tyrone Square Mall to find it. I met a very nice, polite and professional sales specialist in the Furniture and Bedding Department one week ago today. It all started with a phone call and an invite to come see the sectional that was on a big sale and viewable only at the Tyrone location. So I made the one hour drive and Beverly was the professional sales specialist who waited for me to arrive and answer all my questions. She ordered it for me and it was in stock and was delivered today without a hitch! I opted for the white glove delivery and the 2 guys brought it in and assembled and placed my new awesome Jollene sectional and took all the packing materials with them!! Bravo Macy's job well done!

A great place to shop. Now, you should pay attention when paying discounted items. They are not always marked in the system. Reminding the cashier is a most or you might end up paying full price.

I was there a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience due to one employees exceptional service. Mara Adams went above and beyond to assist me. It had been years since I had gone to a physical store to shop for bras. I had tried some at VS or Amazon and they were all awful. I was extremely annoyed that I was not able to find anything comfortable. She listened to my issues and came up with great suggestions. She was able to find the exact sizes and colors I needed and even brought them back to me in the fitting room. Bra shopping is THE WORST but it was made fast and painless with Mara's expertise and patience. Macy's I hope you know you have an absolute diamond of an employee! It's almost impossible to find anyone who cares about anything, let alone go above and beyond like Mara did.
