The people and product here are great! They have a large selection and even take requests of product they may have at another location. Great customer experience and a great selection of game oriented merchandise!

Purchased a few stuffed animals during a sale they were running. I’ve went to this toy store a few times before and always had a good experience.

My son bought a toy from here and within an hour realized he didn’t want it. Went to return for cash back within an hour and they said it was exchange only! Literally an hour, no disclosure when we bought the item that it was exchange. So lame of them.
