Kohl's

Ordered online for a pickup. Very easy to go in and pickup orders paid for. Only downside was that customer service is at the back of the store, and they didn't check to make sure I had the correct order. I am glad my order was still there, because someone could have easily gone in and just grabbed it.

Great department store to find a good bargain. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The store has plenty of both handicap and regular parking.

Associates were excellent with assisting with your needs, which was very much appreciated. Item was taken to car. I enjoyed my experience at the store.

This is a great store but only if they would open the other doors. Especially for handicapped peeps. Also they should have a customer service up front. I still love the store. Just thinking of the elderly and handicapped . Thank you

Great panty, bra and.lingerie selection at this store. I buy all my vanity fair illuminations panties here because of the great selection.

I love the friendly people at the O'Fallon Kohl's. The store's more spacious , and the aisles are not so crammed with so much racks of clothes as the saint Peter's store where I normally shop .

I had a 30% off coupon so I Christmas shopped and purchased some large 100% cotton towels for a gift. I paid a little over $3.00 for each towel. I liked them so much I went back and bought 6 for myself. Great store! Great values!

They have a sign at the door stating everyone that enters must wear a mask and i believe they even had a box of masks in case someone didn't have one but when I went to the Amazon counter to do a return there was a couple being served and neither had a mask on. It would be nice if they enforced the policy. They sanitize the fitting rooms after each use and they keep clothes that have been tried on for full day before they are returned to the rack. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kohl's now offers Amazon returns in store. You don't have to print a label or pack it up. Just process the return at Amazon.com or through the app and you'll get a qr code. They scan that at the store and do the rest for you. It's mighty convenient. I also got a 25% off coupon with my Amazon return so I got this Nike sweatshirt for $15. Pretty sweet!
