The Scrambler House

We tried out The Scrambler House this morning for breakfast solid option. They had a wait when we arrived but we were seated fairly quick for a large group. Service was good for as busy as they were. Kitchen was quick with the food. I had the fried pork chops with eggs and fruit. It was tasty. The bowl of fruit was larger than most places with a lot of variety. I would go back and explore more of the menu. Open for breakfast and lunch.

It was our first time going to The Scrambler House. I had tried the house special shrimp and grits and oh my lanta was it good!!!!! Everyone was super friendly and we got our food pretty fast for as busy as it was. My family and I will definitely be coming back!!

Insanely good breakfast. I was feeling adventurous and saw "The King" French Toast offering and went for it and was blown away. You need to try this concoction! All the other dishes around the table were fantastic. Good coffee, great service, very fun environment and phenomenal food. We will be coming back and dragging friends with us. Update to add, do yourself a favor and try the country scrambler. You are welcome!

My mom and I go to breakfast every week and try different places all the time. Scrambler House is far and away our very favorite. We love the servers, the other customers, the environment, and the food. Best local place in our minds! We love the omelettes and hash browns the most!

Wife and I have always been impressed by the food here. The country fried strip steak is outstanding. The service can be slow (still good) and the wait to he seated can be long at times, but the food more than makes up for it. We recommend Scrambler House to everyone we can.

We happened upon this place unexpectedly because I did not want to go to all the usual places. What a great find! There were six of us and the wait time was about 15 minutes. Very soon after we were seated and handed menus, the waitress came and asked about drinks. The coffee showed up very quickly, and I was extremely happy! The rest of the breakfast time was great. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely incredible food and service. Our order didn’t get put in correctly in the kitchen and it was only about 10 minutes behind. Nevertheless, our waitress was very kind about it and gave us our drinks for free. Besides that, the food is great and I will be going back!

Delicious home style breakfast. Our server Debbie was fantastic. SO sweet, welcoming and attentive. The food was perfect and fast. My favorite local breakfast place.

This is our favorite local breakfast place! Everything I’ve tried on the menu is a winner! Best scrambler, best biscuits & gravy, awesome breakfast burrito and my son’s favorite hot chocolate!

Food and service were pretty good, place was really clean. Price was a little high compared to other breakfast spots, but under the Biden Regime what isn't? I'd go here again for sure

OMG absolutely the best omelet I have ever eaten. I had the Popeye Omelet and boy oh boy was it loaded. Melt in your mouth goodness cooked to perfection.

Hubby cleared his Steak & Egg plate but not before l sampled his fried tators😁 Delish...
This family owned jewel of a find thanks to Google maps is now our go to for great southern cooking. Can't wait to try the "liver&onions" plus grits.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I've been enjoying the proprietor's food since back when they ran Hilary's Roadhouse off Dorsett, and the quality definitely followed them to The Scrambler House! I'm not joking when I tell you their omelettes are the BEST you will ever have in your life.

Food was top notch. Stopped in for breakfast and had 2 eggs, 4 straps of bacon, and some biscuits and gravy. Service was quick and friendly. For sure a great place to stop into for a bite to eat.

We each had the Slinger and Pie to go. It was delicious! Excellent service from server Emily. Highly recommend.

Had a great breakfast. Hubby had the Hot Mess. I had the Country Boy. Service was good, food arrived quickly. Plus, you have to like a places that leaves a carafe of coffee on the table so diners don't have to wait for refills.

All in all, this place is pretty darn good. What some diners should aspire to be. I think this place is what a lot of diners use to be. Simple breakfast with more than fair prices and the food comes out relatively quick. We got a few different omelettes and they were right on par. Toast, coffee was kept topped off, all the fix’ns you would see in a diner.

The staff is awesome. Period. What you expect when dining out. Of the ones I encountered, they rocked.

With the rates being so reasonable this place is a win / win. I read Christys review and quite frankly their review was beyond cynical. If you come here and pay $6-8 don’t expect a Gordan Ramsey burger. Grow up and eat somewhere else. As a matter of fact her negative review is what compelled me to try this in the first place. You get more than what you pay for here. The reviews are real my friends. If you’re local stop by and support this establishment.

The best vegetable omelette on earth. Every time I visit my sister we have to visit this place. Please open one in Milwaukee.
