Christa was very nice and extremely helpful. I appreciate the time she spent with us and all of the information.

What upsets me is that I can’t call directly into the office anymore. I have to go through a call service, bring them up to date on the issue, then they still don’t let us talk to the location. It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

Douglas was courteous, helpful, respectful, friendly, personable, and efficient with installation/set up of medical bed today. He explained and demonstrated all of the mechanics. He even had a treat for my dog!

They helped me out so much.!! When another company( medical west) I Was with for a bit and I my insurance company paid them well. I was waited for 1 year and 4 months and they couldn’t get me a portable oxygen tank the one they got me was so heavy I couldn’t carry it.
So my insurance company BCBSM got involved and these folks got me one in 3 days! 3 days I was so so happy! They brought out the big oxygen tank for inside the house that I use that has a humidifier on it all the bells and whistles to boot! So these folks are truly amazing! I never even have issues with them bringing me anything! They mail all the hoses too. So Thank you so much for taking care of me while I’m sick!! They were closing in five minutes and I was a half hour away, she offered to stay until I got there. Luckily, my son was only about five minutes away and he was able to pick up my equipment from her. She definitely went above and beyond, thank you!

Marcus provided a great introduction to my new medical equipment. He was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and infused humor throughout the process. Feel like I’m in good hands as I start this new medical journey!

This place is great. What isn't so great is the difficult time I had in getting an actual appointment. It took at least 3 phone calls to get an appointment. That is totally unacceptable. I am way to busy to deal with this. I know they are short staffed at my local location, but one phone call should be enough to get an appointment.

Just love my electric wheelchair ! I don’t think I would have gotten comfortable with it without Chris the technician. So knowledgeable and really made me feel so comfortable answering my questions and adding his very thorough explanations for all the beautiful additions that the chair does !! I was shocked at such a beautiful, accommodating electric wheelchair I still can’t believe WHAT a true blessing I have received !! Want to thank Dean too for enduring my anxious calls and all of his patience !!

CPAP stopped working and Candy gave me a loaner. Very happy with the service I received and that I will not have to go without CPAP therapy.
Everyone at the the Provider Plus store on Winghaven was professional, friendly and did a great job.
Also the phone person, Edwin , with Aerocare, was polite, and did a great job of communicating to me what my next step was (to get the help I needed for CPAP machine not working).
Thanks to everyone from Edwin to Candy because of you all I’ll be able to sleep tonight.

Christa in respiratory was awesome. She answered a lot of questions for me and was pleasant throughout our time together. She was warm and humorous. And although it was late in the day, and I’m sure was ready to go home, she remained kind and helpful. Christa rocks.

My visit was handled quickly and professionally. I worked with Marcus and he provided all of the information in simple and easy to follow terms. I felt comfortable throughout my visit and fitting. And I feel confident that I will be taken care of should I have any questions in the future.

Christa was awesome! She took the time to answer all my questions and meet all my needs and then some! She was kind and friendly and really went above and beyond for me!!!

Marcus was very knowledgeable about the CPAP and was very professional when showing me how to use the equipment. He was able to explain every detail making me feel comfortable and confident when I use m CPAP.

Marcus was great and explained everything for me to understand and work my machine. It made it so much easier to set up when I got home and get the correct settings set up.

I'm on oxygen and my old portable oxygen was not holding a charge, so they brought me a brand new one. The guy Christopher who brought it to me was very professional, so nice and friendly he showed me everything I needed to know on how to operate my new portable oxygen. Thank you so much Christopher.

Amanda was amazing. Knowledgeable full of energy, lots of fun to work with. I can tell she cares deeply for her clients.

Allen at AdaptHealth on Watson Road was excellent I. Explaining my CPAP machine as well as making sure I was comfortable with the fit and how it worked. He also helped me set up the app before I left.

My Adapt Healthcare representative Marcus was very professional and did an excellent job in demonstrating how to operate the equipment, troubleshooting the equipment and explaining the billing process.

Went in to get fitted for a CPAP machine and Marcus was great. He was very informative and extremely helpful.
