Good location. I never have a problem here. They have really good deals on their fish supplies and reptile supplies during promotions. I really love their variety of cat and dog food as well. Friendly staff, always greet you and willing to help if you're looking for something in particular.

Sophie, my Berger Picard loves the staff here and always looks so fresh.

I order online, pull up front, and they run it out. I love the selection they have.

The staff are truly animal people and do everything in their power to provide a clean, safe, friendly environment for both their human customers and their furbabies.

Had a great experience here. Better than the other nearby pet store. It's bigger, better selection, and the employee that helped me was so awesome. Best customer service I have witnessed in a long time.

I got my lovely birds from here and the have been quarantined and have a guarantee on their health. They also have a leg band if they ever get loose! I am so happy with petsmart and how safe I feel about getting my pets from here. Also one of the workers gave me helpful tips on how to clip my rabbits nails which was a blessing!

The staff is really knowledgeable not only about the food they have but the animals they have as well. They have a 14 day return policy with animals no questions asked. Which is amazing as we found out after purchasing a pet that 2 of the children are extremely allergic.
Heads up This is an all male store so you might want to call another store if you want a female pet.

Had to return item that I no longer had receipt for or box. They had no problems at all. All these crazy return procedures are ridiculous.

Been going to PetsMart for years and they do a wonderful job taking care of our Yorkies. Manager and girls are great!

Let's just say they had the best dog and cat toys at a low price. Plus I got to see a few cute dogs. It was also very clean and organized.

We found some dog toys that do not have the crinkle plastic in them. They had a good sale, so we were able to purchase a few toys for our dog. Difficult to find toys with squeakers that do not have crinkle. The plastic is dangerous and useless. Especially for dogs that shred their toys. We were happy to find a couple of toys without it.

We stopped in with our new puppy and felt like celebrities 🤣 Everyone was so kind and helpful and our puppy got SUPER socialized that day! The staff had great recommendations and so far Stevie Licks has loved everything they suggested!

I like this petsmart place it's clean and well maintenance. The worker there are friendly and helpful. Prices are good and a lot of random clearance around the store. They also price match, have a vet, groomer, a dog trainer and a cat adaptation location in the back which always has a good amount of rotation of new cats which I assume is good. The fishes peta ones sometimes do need a water replacement. Other fish tanks inside look pretty good not perfect but better than most. They also have a vast of exotic spiders, scorpions and other lizards I've never seen in other pet smarts which us interesting. You can also order online and pick up the food on side.

Trista great grooming, helped with my 14 year old golden retriever! Busy day, helped with his weak legs.

Dr. Claxton was incredibly helpful and kind. She helped us find a solution for our elderly dog's medications and was all around great.
