Casa Tequila Cantina & Grill - Winghaven

This place is excellent. We’ve been here a few times now and everything we get is some of the best we’ve ever had anywhere. Highly recommend giving it a shot. The Margaritas alone are worth the trip. Awesome all around!

Casa Tequila is located next to the soccer complex bordering I-70 and Highway DD, just south of Winghaven. We loved the food and liked the Mexican music which was not too loud for us to have normal conversations. We'll definitely be back.

This place is now our go-to when we want to have great tacos and amazing margaritas! The service is excellent and the food is delicious! If you go on a Friday or Saturday night, expect a wait, but just know it is well worth it!

Great food. Seasoned well. Just the right spice level. That slow sweat you want after a few minutes of noshing. And c'mon.... Dinner for two with one 22oz draft for $33??? And plenty of leftovers... And the friendliest staff you could ask for....

New Mexican restaurant, sign me up! Delicious chips and salsa. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the meals were phenomenal! The rooftop patio overlooking the soccer fields and sand volleyball courts is an absolute vibe! Highly recommend.

Loved it. Chips, guacamole, salsa, chimichangas and Arroz Tequila were very good. My husband also liked his tacos. Went on a busy Friday night but got seated fairly quickly. The service was great and the food came out fast.

We had such a great time here! I’m a Hispanic from Texas and sometimes it’s hard to find restaurants that are up to my standards… BUT, this place definitely made the cut! The service was amazing! Our waiter was amazing!!! I can’t save enough good things about this place! Definitely worth it!

Came in on a Saturday night for a soccer game, sat at the bar, and they were packed. Two bartenders; Juliana and David helped me immediately despite how busy they were. Took my food and drink order and got everything within 5-10 minutes. I am thoroughly impressed and hope the business continues to thrive here. Will be back! 5/5 stars!

From the perfectly warm fresh chips and tasty salsa to the Top Shelf margarita and carnitas (Yum!), you will visit once and return over and over for their outstanding food and service. We're thrilled with the new location too!

I had the tacos al pastor which had a great plate presentation and the flavors were just right. We also ordered a burrito of carne asada which was an excellent choice as well the presentation was present. We had a delicious tamarind juice with our meal to make sure we kept it authentic. We love Mexican and bounce around a few favorites locally and found out this place just opened. Initial impressions is the place is big, modestly decorated and clean. Staff was super friendly and service was amazing. We tried a few drinks, margarita and Paloma’s. Both were delicious and well made. Food was on another level, came out quick and was hot. Spicy chicken tacos w/tomatillo sauce and chicken chorizo dish were amazing. I would rank this as best Mexican food in area for sure. Would highly recommend. Owner was engaging and very polite and gave us a bit of family history around a few of the dishes. This place will be successful if they continue the level of detail and care that were presented.

Went as a group of 4 on new year's eve at 5:30. No wait for a table and the server appeared right away with chips and salsa and took our drink orders. Salsa is fantastic, as were the carnitas. The sides (rice and beans) were better than the "average" Mexican restaurants that we frequent, as well. Prices were right in line with those other Mexican places, but the food and experience was much better. We'll be back.

Fantastic food, great service, and delicious margaritas! The menu is a little more expensive than your usual place, but overall it’s a great Mexican restaurant. There is plenty of seating and a lot of room between the tables, so you don’t feel crammed in next to others. If you plan to drink a little, figure $30-$50 per person. Also, the churros are a must! They’re the best you’ll find in St. Charles County! Overall, I totally recommend stopping in!

Food is great - amazing flavors! Margaritas are one of the best in the area. Prices are a little higher than most Mexican joints but I love the atmosphere - casual, fun and relaxed.

Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in the St. Charles area. The top shelf margaritas are always delicious. The queso is always hot and delicious. Service is great.

My husband had the Tequila trio, chicken, shrimp & chorizo. He did let me steal a bite and it was delicious!
I had the Arroz Con Pollo. Chicken breast, sautéed onion, green peppers, tomatoes and melted cheese . Served with Mexican rice, lettuce & guacamole! Oh yay!! We will be back!

Tried out this place last week. Great food and Great service! I reccomend a visit!

Staff is friendly, attentive, and timely. The music is entertaining and has a great beat. The food was delicious!
