Target

It's a great neighborhood store, very refreshing from traffic and James mall store. It's a very nice, well organized, friendly employee's well stocked and lots of parking. The great finish is having a nice refreshing Star Bucks could or hot drink as you leave.
They seem to be doing a lot right, but they also offer parking lot call-in and bring your order to your car, great thing for injuries or retirees.
Good job Target.

Target is my favorite store. They're always clean and organized, and the workers are always super helpful.

Target is normally very clean, well lit, and I can find tge items I need.

Drive up service is great. Always quick and accurate orders.

I was doing self checkout and two of my items were ringing up wrong so they weren't quifying for the promo as I thought they would. Theresa came over from her register to help me and she was so kind and patient. She let me go grab replacement items and helped me finish my checkout. She was great!

I just want shout out to the manager Stephanie and the young lady cashier at self-checkout today. I want to thank them so much for what they have done for me they literally bought me three boxes of baby formula when I didn't know that Target didn't take WIC and they were the only store I have seen all day and I've been shopping around since 8 this morning on June 15th 2022 yeah I finally found some baby formula at 4:45 this afternoon at their store God bless them they got good karma coming their way my son has been out of formula for almost a day-and-a-half 2 days now I had to break down and feeding baby food lean and ready for baby food just to keep my baby boy from not starving to death until I met these two ladies if I could do anything to repay them I would they deserve a PROMOTION a RAISE some APPRECIATION they got some big hearts thank you again ladies

Thank you for your great service!! I went in to grab a few hygiene items and saw a gas grill was on clearance. There was only one left and it was the floor model so I asked if they would sell that to me at the front register. They did! They put it on a cart and within minutes it was to the front of the store. The cashier followed the other employee out to help him as it was a pretty large item on wheels. Both young men helped load it into my car and was very impressed with their professionalism. The one man even said "No problem, that's what I'm here for". You don't see this level of customer service at other stores.

I had a little trouble looking through the target app but the checkout girl I believe her name was Lexi with red hair was super helpful and so kind. She helped me understand these electronics better.

I had fantastic customer service from Justin, a clerk who was stocking shelves and/or checking inventory in Grocery. He saw that I was struggling to find something, so he asked me if I need help finding anything. I said yes! He helped me look for the product, and then I asked him if he could help me with another 1 or 2 items. He was fantastic with walking to the correct aisle with me, and then since this store didn't have the item, I asked him if he could check his store inventory device to see if any of the other area stores carry it (they don't). He was pleasant and professional the entire time--something I NEVER experience in retail. Thank you, Justin, and thank you to Target for hiring him! Now make him train all your other floor employees in how to provide good customer service!

This was the easiest pick up EVER!! I will go to Target anytime I need a pick up order after seeing how easy they have made this process. Love the app, the speed of pickup, and the ease of letting them know I was leaving home and arriving. AMAZING!!

EASY process!! The team member was attentive and polite. I parked in a designated spot, the team member came out and checked my code through the window, placed my items in my trunk, asked if I would like him to close my trunk, and it was all finished within maybe 2 minutes. So convenient! There was no wait time for them to bring the item out to my car! Even during these busy holiday shopping times!

Pick-up was easy & efficient! I did not have the Target app on my phone, so I had to go into the store. I was waiting in line when a young man came over, scanned my barcode, & left to get my package. He was back in a flash!! Thank you!!

Fast, convenient and friendly way to shop!

Targets pick-up option has been a game changer! I rarely go in the store anymore. Its so nice with having a young child and not having to haul the, around. I only wish they would offer grocery pick-up, even if they limited the amount of grocery items you can order. Sometimes I just need milk, eggs, or a few items. Other then that, I am hooked!

It's Target. They do a solid job of following the corporate image. The store is clean well stocked. Staff, when you can find them, seem friendly and helpful. I come specifically for the pharmacy which is top notch. The staff there is awesome and the "manager/pharmacist" is very smart is always warm and seems genuinely involved. They are the reason for the 5th star.

Needed something real quick. Was able to get it and get out.

This Target in O’Fallon always has the best customer service. The employees are always smiling and are extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience here! Thank you!
