Starbucks

I always order on the mobile app and then run inside to pick it up. Only one time have I ever had to wait for my drink to be ready, and to be honest, I'm pretty sure it's my fault and I didn't give them enough time. It was around 9am on a Saturday and it was exceptionally busy. The staff are ALWAYS very smiley and polite, no matter how busy they are. Despite the bizarre entrance & exit options, this is still one of my favorite locations. :-)

Michelle makes the best drinks! Every time I see her in the drive thru I know it's going to be a great experience. She's always so kind too!

The people at this location are awesome, and my order is always perfect and made quickly. Also, I love seeing Izzy when she's working the drive through in the evening; she's the greatest!

Even though the place was busy as usual they gotten me in & out quickly. While also providing great service with a great hot choclate that was filled to the top.

I recently was gifted a $25 gift card. I’ve been ordering a Venti hot peppermint mocha.

Great location. Loved the clean modern bathroom. Service was okay.

Starbucks is the same wherever you go. Consistency is key. Great food and drinks. Delicious pastry. Nice staff. Clean restaurant and restroom. And who doesn’t love their cups and mugs?

The store manager Hannah that was working on Saturday 11/13 at 12pm, was absolutely amazing!! helped me with my issues and was just excellent. It’s so hard to find genuinely nice workers like this nowadays, she is much appreciated! Starbucks is lucky to have her!!

This Starbucks consistenty gets it right & is my store-of-choice! The baristas have great attitudes, make great drinks, and make sure every guest leaves happy! Recommend!!!!

The staff is always changing, but the service is still top notch.

Great location, just off Laura Hill and Hwy K. At the end of a plaza. Easy to get to, there are at least 3 ways to enter the plaza.

Drive thru has been real quick the last few times I've gone. Always something new or interesting to try on the menu.

Although I live 15 mins. Away, and yes there is one closer to my home, this has been my go-to Starbucks for years, and hopefully will be for years to come

I've been having as much luck with the Starbucks App as Carrot Top quitting coke, so I explained my predicament and the young woman helping me I think was newer to the store and was extremely understanding and gave me great customer service and a free drink for my trouble! Her attitude was on point, and I wish I could remember her name, she was so polite. Moses is also terrific at customer service and so personable. Keep it 100, Starbys! This place has improved in the last few months!

Thank you to the two ladies who helped me get to work on time this Thursday morning! I sent my mobile order to the wrong location and they happily made my order quickly so I could be on my way. Otherwise, no coffee for me that day.

The staff here is unbelievable! They are so friendly and always ensure that you have a good experience and good drink. This isn't the closest Starbucks to my house but I make the extra drive to work from here because of the environment and staff.

I'm not one to brag about Starbucks but y'all (and I mean everyone, yes even you big guy with the huge beard I see you peeping this review 🤣) I can't begin to describe to you the level my tastebuds hit the moment I first tried a pink drink. Poke fun if you want but this "manly man" can't resist those dang drinks!

Best Starbucks location! I was having a TERRIBLE week, dealing with a loss. The girls at the window noticed I was sad and gave me a cake pop to cheer me up! It was a small but very meaningful gesture. I can't say that it fixed my week but chocolate always helps a little. Thanks ladies.

The service here is always so Pleasant! The drinks are not always made the same, but I will go out of my way to go to this location. Honestly, it is the one of a kind customer service that keeps bringing me back, as well as how personable each employee is.

Always a treat to go to Starbucks. Felt sorry for the slammed crew that was working. They had probably 15 mobile orders stacked at one time. Kudos to them for working hard this morning! And thanks for my salted carmel hot chocolate!
