I ordered a beef tenderloin and had specific ways I asked for it to be prepared. They delivered better than I expected for a way better price I was prepared for! Great customer service great! cuts of meat!

Love this place! Great selection of meats. They also carry a variety of other sides they also make themselves which are amazing. Oh and the Italian sides are fantastic!!!

I am very particular about cooking and smoking meat, and I have been looking for years for a quality butcher in the St Louis region. Charlie and the guys at C Rallo are unbelievable! If I call in advance, they can get me whatever I need basically, and you can tell the tremendous difference in the quality of their meat vs other shops in the region. I drive 25 minutes each way anytime I am going to smoke or bbq. At this point, my wife doesn’t want me to grill a steak unless it’s from C Rallo

I have gotten meat here on several occasions. Hamburger and steaks are always delicious. They don't pump there meat with chemicals to make it look pinker like the grocery stores either. I have not been able to find decent pork chops in forever. But I got some of the best I've had in ages here.

Wonderful market but the hours of operation are not for the working person. If you stay at home and receive government handouts then you can pop in here everyday. If you work hard and want a nice dinner after a long day, you can’t get it here unfortunately. Hopefully that changes by just 1 hour. Still giving the business 5 stars because this place is superb. I have personally missed the closing time by 15 minutes roughly 10-15 times that I wanted to pop in after work and grab meat for the family.

C. Rallo has the meat! Great selection at a fair price. Great customer service too. What ever you do, don't try the Mango Habenero Bratwurst. Those are all mine!

Went to the location on Bryan Rd, and they have an amazing selection of all kinds of products not just meat. I got a porterhouse and ribeye and they we so tender, I will definitely be going back!

Great knowledge staff. I was familiar with them as a young kid, when my grandparents shopped their original store in Manchester in the 1980’s. So when my wife and i re-discovered them in their “new” place after we moved to St. Charles County during our search for Christmas gifts from a farm to table business for our family and friends. They are a complete butcher and original grocery. We will definitely get our meat from there, instead of traditional grocery stores hopefully no chemical extenders like the mainstream grocery stores use.

First time here. Tried the (pardon the spelling) linejaeger sausage. Damn good stuff for sure. Nice cuts of steak. Next time we go, think I'll try the tomahawk steak. Curiosity is killing this cat.

We just went in for some chicken for teriyaki chicken bowls. These were too good to pass up. The butcher was also our checker. She was super nice.

Their meat selection is fantastic. The chicken breasts are huge. The Italian Cheese Stuffed Steaks were a huge hit and I got the Boarshead Vermont Swiss and Wisconsin Cheddar for my beer cheese fondue I was making over the weekend. Great quality cheese. They even had homemade bread that came fresh out of the oven. SOOOOOO good. Highly recommend!

I just want to say wow. I have used a few different meat markets in the area, and I am blown away at the quality of meat from this place. Had a small bbq and some friends over a few days ago and got the seasoned pork steaks. Everyone that ate asked where the pork steaks came from. Also got a couple regular steaks and the color and texture was amazing. Unbelievable on the quality. I will forever return to C.Rallo for all of my future meat purchases.

I drove out from Troy, Missouri at the recommendation of Mark Sullivan, just for their special steak seasoning. Left with steak seasoning, beef sticks, and an AMAZING Chipotle Dill Dip! We finished almost half the container before we even left the parking lot, it was that good! Fast, Friendly service and a huge selection of delicious goods! Cant wait to go back to try more goodies from a local business!

I grew up using the C Rallo meat market in Florissant. And just today I got to go to the one on Bryan Road. Really nice place wonderful selection. I thought all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great customer service. The young lady that checked me out today was extremely nice.

Best ribeye I have ever had during my 27 years on this planet. I feel spoiled now.. I don’t even like eating ribeyes that aren’t a C rallos Ribeye. My ribeye life has been forever changed. I highly recommend you get one and let it change your life… it will not be life changing if you cook it past medium.. don’t you ruin the best ribeye you’ll ever have. Get one today. Have them season it, Cook it to perfection, life changed.

Great meat, deli, cookies, ravioli, and much more. Always friendly service. Highly recommend stopping in for all your meat and check out everything else they have to offer. Amazing garlic butter spread too!!!
