AT&T Store

Cassie was incredible and had us in and out faster than any other AT&T employee had ever done before. I’m ecstatic with the way we were handled and how the whole store noticed my 2 1/2 year old running around but no one was bothered by it. Thank you, Cassie! Our interaction was perfect!

Thank everyone (Kyle, Zach, Johnny, Kat, Jared,...) at this store for kind patient supports during I migrated from my old phone to the new one. Especially "Kyle" has been helping me for many many times and I can count on his expertise and efforts to help solving my new settings and transferring in everything on my both phones. Todd by far was the most professional sales associate that I have ever dealt with at the ATT store. He was quick showing me options of new phones and was able to transfer my data and not losing any photos. He is extremely knowledgeable and I will refer all my friends and family here. We went in yesterday to add my wife to my family's plan. We also upgraded both of our phones. Jared was knowledgeable and personable; he made the process easy and painless.

I don’t often promote companies, but our daughter is studying abroad right now and AT&T was amazing today!!! Her iPhone was stolen yesterday evening and they got her all reset with the new iPhone over FaceTime through her iPad. Wiped her old iPhone clean and helped her get new one all set up. Great service and even filed the claim for us. Took less than 4 hours all in all. Thank you Cassie!

Miss Smith helped me figure out why my bill went up and set up my new phone! She has great communication skills and was very friendly. Highly recommend asking for her when you come into this store.

Service was quick and efficient. The gentleman that helped us was very cordial and very knowledgeable. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I Left feeling confidant the transition to my new iPhone would go smoothly. I wasn't disappointed. It went off without a problem.

Today was the new assistant Manager, Kat's first day of work and she was absolutely wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous, she made everything so easy for us. She is an asset to the company.

Johnny helped us today to get new internet and tv. He was very informative and helpful explaining everything little by little. Even helped us download the apps to our phones so we can watch tv. Kat was also very helpful and didnt stopped until our phone was able to be transferred from a business to a private phone. Both of them were great working together to hep us. Highly recommend Kat and Johnny at the O’Fallon store. Great employees!

Zach was excellent to deal with! Very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and even helped to lower our monthly bill! This is the first time I have ever left an AT&T store happy and not completely stressed out!

I hate phone places. I hate sales in general BUT Johnny helped me today and wow! No pressure, no selling me stuff I didn’t need or trying to talk me into things. He listened and helped me get exactly what I came for. Very good guy! Thanks

The assistant store manager helped me. Kat was great to work with and very helpful and laughed with me with my jokes. Very personable.
